Povzetek

Svet se počasi premika iz gospodarske krize, ki je siromašila po mnogih državah. Zlasti Slovenija se s težavo prebija naprej. Poleg drugih je hud udarec doletel tudi slovenske cestne prevoznike. Podjetja morajo iskati rešitve in si v vse bolj konkurenčnem okolju zagotoviti obstoj. Pomembno je znati sklepati dobre posle, saj je ključ do dobro sklenjenega posla dober pogajalec. Pomembno je, da se podjetja zavedajo prednosti, ki jih prinaša dobro izurjen pogajalec in, da so pripravljeni nuditi posamezniku, zaposlenemu v podjetju, usposabljanje in šolanje na tem področju. Še vedno se mnogim podjetjem zdi škoda časa in denarja za urjenje svojih zaposlenih in samo pripravo na pogajanja. Pri raziskovanju, kako in koliko izbrana slovenska transportna podjetja vlagajo v razvoj in izurjenost svojih delavcev pogajalcev, smo pod drobnogled vzeli nekaj slovenskih transportnih podjetij ter preverili, kakšno je dejansko stanje oziroma osveščenost teh podjetij v bistvu dobrega pogajalca in samih priprav na pogajanje. Na osnovi izpolnjenih in analiziranih anketnih vprašalnikov vodstev podjetij, bomo predlagali nekaj ukrepov, ki bi izboljšali sposobnosti njihovih pogajalcev in s tem seveda tudi uspešnost podjetij.

Sekundarni povzetek: The world is slowly moving out of the economic crisis, which has undermined in many countries, especially for Slovenia is hard to move on. Beside others also severe blow caught up Slovenian carriers. Companies should look for solutions and in an increasingly competitive environment ensure survival. It is very important to be able to conclude a good business and the key for a good transaction concluded is a good negotiator. It is important that companies are aware of the benefits brought about by well-trained negotiator and that they are willing to provide the individual employee in the company to be trained and educated about how to be a good negotiator. Still, many companies think that if they will train their employees or prepare them for the negotiations will just loss of time and money During the research on how and to what extent selected Slovenian transport companies invest in development and skill of its workers negotiators, we took a closer look at some Slovenian transport companies and verified the actual situation and the awareness of companies about the essence of a good negotiator and preparations for the negotiations. Based on the completed and analyzed questionnaires by business management, we have formed the proposal for measures to improve the skills of their negotiators and, of course, hence the performance of companies.
