Povzetek

V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na pripravo projekta selitve podjetja na realnem primeru podjetja MF-CT d.o.o. iz Ljutomera. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili osnove projektov, projektnega menedžmenta ter konkurenčne prednosti. S pomočjo teorije smo nato prikazali pripravo projekta selitve podjetja na primeru podjetja MF-CT d.o.o. Pripravili smo vsebinsko zasnovo za selitev, določili objektne in namenske cilje, pripravili terminski plan selitve ter ocenili tveganja projekta. Prav tako smo razčlenili ekonomiko projekta in določili rentabilnost projekta.

Sekundarni povzetek: In this diploma work we were dealing with the relocation of the company MF-CT d.o.o. from rented into its own premises. In the theoretical part, we have presented the basics of projects and project management, as well as competitive advantages of the company. Using the presented theory, we have prepared the project of relocating the company MF-CT. Within the project, we have prepared the substantive concept of the relocation, wrote down the objective and dedicated goals, prepared a schedule of the relocating using Gantt’s diagram and evaluated the risks of the project. We have also analysed the economics of the project and determined its economic viability.
