Povzetek

Kompetenca učenje učenja omogoča učinkovito učenje ter zavedanje in načrtovanje lastnega procesa učenja. Namen magistrskega dela je bil predstaviti kompetenco učenje učenja in preučiti nekaj njenih vidikov pri študentih 4. letnikov (1. stopnja) in 1. letnikov (2. stopnja) iz treh Pedagoških fakultet (Maribor, Ljubljana, Primorska) na smeri razredni pouk. Za ta namen smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik, s katerim smo pri študentih ugotavljali: oceno njihovega načina učenja in kompetentnosti za poučevanje, način pridobivanja znanja o načinih učenja in vlogo fakultete pri tem ter mnenja študentov o poučevanju učenja. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da je rast ocene večine dejavnikov kompetence učenje učenja povezana z boljšo oceno lastnega načina učenja in z boljšim učnim uspehom, so se pa razlike med oceno posameznih dejavnikov pojavile med fakultetami. Študenti lastno kompetentnost za poučevanje ocenjujejo dokaj dobro, čeprav navajajo, da največ informacij o navedeni kompetenci niso pridobili od strokovno izobraženega osebja. Večina študentov meni, da je potreba po večjem seznanjanju o učenju učenja nujna in da je potrebno s poučevanjem učenje učenja začeti hitro, najprimernejše v 1. vzgojno izobraževalnem obdobju pri vseh osnovnošolskih predmetih. Namen magistrskega dela je bil tudi analizirati učne načrte in ugotoviti ali zapisani cilji, kompetence in predvideni študijski dosežki spodbujajo razvoj kompetence učenje učenja. Analiza je pokazala, da je večina dejavnikov, ki pomagajo pri razvijanju kompetence učenje učenja, zapisanih v posredni obliki.

Sekundarni povzetek: Learning to learn competence enables efficient learning, developing awareness, and planning one's own process of learning. The aim of the master thesis was to present learning to learn competence and to study some of its aspects with the 4th year students (undergraduate) and 1st year students (postgraduate) from the Faculty of Education, Department of Primary Education in Maribor, Ljubljana and Primorska. To establish the students' evaluation of their ways of learning and competence to teach, the way of acquiring knowledge about the ways of learning and the role of the faculty in this process we used a questionnaire. We collected also the students' opinions on teaching learning to learn competence. With the research we established that the growth of evaluation of the majority of factors, which reflect the learning to learn competence, is related to the better evaluation of one's own way of learning and better marks of an individual student. However, there were differences among evaluations of particular factors in the three faculties. The students in general evaluate their teaching competence quite well, even though they mentioned they did not get the majority of information regarding this competence from the professionally educated staff. The majority of students also claim that the need to become acquainted with the learning to learn competence is necessesary and that it should be taught at the very early age, best in the 1st three years of primary school with all subjects. The aim of the master thesis was also to analyze the curricula and find out whether the aims, competences and expected achievements stimulate the development of the learning to learn competence. The analyzis showed that the majority of factors, which contribute to the development of the learning to learn competence, is written indirectly.
