S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika smo pridobili podatke o količini športne aktivnosti in nato deklice razdelili v tri skupine (nizko, srednje in zelo športno aktivne deklice). Gibalne sposobnosti smo preverjali s sedmimi testi, in sicer smo merili koordinacijo gibanja celotnega telesa, hitrost alternativnih gibov, gibljivost, vzdržljivost, ravnotežje ter repetitivno in eksplozivno moč.

Sekundarni povzetek: The primary intention of this study was to determine whether there were any differences between the diversity groups of physical active girls and physical fitness, and what those differences are. The research sample included 233 girls, aged from 9 to 11, which at the time of measurements attended primary school Šmarje pri Jelšah, primary school Franca Rozmana-Staneta Maribor, primary school Cirkulane % Zavrč, primary school Hajdina, primary school Markovci, primary school Gustava Šiliha Laporje and primary school Toneta Čufarja Maribor. With the basic questionnaire we obtained information on the quantity of physical activities and divided girls into three groups (low, medium and very physical active girls). Motor abilities were examined with seven aptitude tests, namely whole body movement coordination, basic movements speed, endurance, flexibility, balance, repetitive and explosive strength. We used the analysis of variance (ANOVA), which gave us the information of efficiency between the diversity groups of physical active girls. The level of risk was represented by the limit p%0,05. The differences were even more specifically determined in the Post-hoc test by the method Scheffe. We have discovered, that the results of motor efficiency do not show the statistically significant differences between the groups of different physically active girls. On the other hand, obtained results of measurements of motor abilities show that there are differences between groups of different physical active girls. The results of measurements of motor abilities indicate that there are statistically significant differences in three of the seven tests between groups of low, medium and very physically active girls, namely in the test that measures the speed of alternative movements and the tests of repetitive and explosive power. We have discovered that those girls who are more physically active, prove to be more physically capable in tests which are largely under the control of the central mechanism for regulating energy, which ensures the best use of energy performance in the execution of certain movements.
