Povzetek
Danes vzgoja ni le domena družine oz. staršev in izobraževanje ni le domena šole oz. šolskih pedagoških delavcev. Tako družina kot šola se ukvarjata z vzgojo in izobraževanjem otrok, zato bi se morali starši in šolski pedagoški delavci med seboj povezovati in sodelovati. V magistrski nalogi se ukvarjamo s sodelovanjem med starši in šolskimi svetovalnimi delavci, ki predstavljajo del kolektiva šolskih pedagoških delavcev. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge smo predstavili sodelovanje med šolskimi pedagoškimi delavci in starši (tudi sodelovanje med šolskimi svetovalnimi delavci in starši), v empiričnem delu magistrske naloge pa smo predstavili rezultate empirične raziskave o pogledu staršev na sodelovanje med njimi in šolskimi svetovalnimi delavci. Raziskavo, v kateri je sodelovalo 108 staršev, smo izvedli na petih pomurskih osnovnih šolah meseca aprila 2015. Rezultati so pokazali, da starši povezovanje in sodelovanje med njimi in šolskimi svetovalnimi delavci ocenjujejo kot pomembno in koristno. Čeprav smo predpostavljali, da obstajajo razlike glede na starost staršev, pa so rezultati pokazali, da ni tako.

Nowadays, upbringing is not only under the domain of family or parents and education is not only under the domain of the school or its pedagogical staff. Both the family and school are involved in upbringing and educating children, therefore there should be a integration and cooperation between parents and pedagogical staff of the school. The master thesis is focused on the cooperation between school counsellors and parents, who are a part of the school's pedagogical staff. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the cooperation between school's pedagogical staff and parents (and also between school counsellors and parents), and the empirical part presents results of the empirical research on the view of parents on this cooperation between them and school counsellors. The research, consisting of 108 parents, was conducted in five primary schools in Pomurje in April, 2015. The results show that the parents deem the cooperation and integration between them and school counsellors as important and helpful. Despite our presumption that there are differences according to the parents' age, the data showed otherwise. |
