Povzetek
Za obstoj organizacije oziroma podjetja na globalnem trgu je danes potrebno konstantno spremljanje in hitro reagiranje na nove izzive na trgu. Podjetja morajo biti pripravljena na stalno prilagajanje, ukrepanje in izbiro najustreznejših oblik aktivnosti, s katerimi bodo ohranila ali izboljšala pozicijo na trgu. Na priložnosti, katere jim ponuja trg, je potrebno reagirati hitreje in učinkoviteje kot konkurenca. V Gorenju, d.d., se zavedajo pomena stalnega razvoja in inovacij na nivoju izdelkov, ki morajo biti v skladu z vizijo in strategijo samega podjetja. Zato posebno vrednost v podjetju dajejo produktnemu menedžmentu, kjer se pojavlja potreba po integraciji tako strokovnih kot tudi ekonomskih znanj, v smislu osvajanja novih izdelkov od spremljanja trga, definiranja aparatov in stroškov, do samega razvoja in integracije izdelka na trg. Nujnost po neposredni vpetosti produktnega menedžmenta v celovito organizacijsko strukturo ohranja konkurenčnost izdelkov in ustvarja potrebno vrednost podjetja za ohranjanje krepitev tržnega deleža. Ključnega pomena pri osvajanju izdelkov so natančno definirani, sistematizirani in kontrolirani procesi, ki pa morajo biti v skladu s produktno strategijo podjetja, in so zaradi same kompleksnosti ter globalizacije podjetja potrebni prenove. Posebna pozornost v novo zastavljenem procesu se posveča konceptualni fazi, saj je sama priprava na proces enako pomembna kot faza izvedbe in je tudi pogoj za uspešno izvedbo projekta.

Constant monitoring and fast respond to new market opportunities is required for existing of the enterprise on a global market. Enterprises must be prepared to constant adjustments, actions and selection of the most appropriate measurements for maintaining or improving its position on market. Faster and more efficient reaction must be taken on the opportunities which are offered on market in comparison with the competition. The Gorenje enterprise is aware of the importance of constant development and innovativeness of appliances which have to be in harmony with the company vision and strategy. Therefore special attention to product management is given within the company; there is a need for integration of professional and economical knowledge in the mean of developing of new products – from monitoring of situation on market, definition of appliances and costs to development and integration of products on market. Competitive position of products on market is retained by the indirect integration of product management in the organizational structure of the company, and this organization structure create needed value of the company for maintaining and growth of the market share. Precisely defined, systematic and controlled development processes are of a key importance when developing new products, and these processes must be aligned with company strategy; due to their complexity and the global business the renovation of processes is needed. The preparation phase of a development of new product is as crucial as executional phase, and is conditional for a successful implementation of a project, therefore a special attention in the renovation of a “Process of new product research and development” is given to a conceptual phase. |
