The thesis is occupied with concepts of organization culture and trust. The main questions, which we are setting ourselves are: in which positions in an organization are above said concepts, a propos in which extent organization uses concepts in its own business, which benefit does it have, how are they related and in which extent with analysis organization culture and trust is possible increasing trust in the organization.
To get answers, we have researched organization culture and trust. In the first section of the thesis, in the second and third chapters that are based on professional and scientific literature, we have defined in theory concepts and researched which impact do organization culture and trust have in organization expectation. Also, we have researched meaningfulness of the impact of organizational culture on trust in the organization.
In the second section of the thesis, in the fourth and fifth chapter, on the chosen organization example, we have done empirical research of the organizational culture and trust. We have explored organization culture with Organizational Culture Assessment Questionnaire (OCAQ) methodology and trust with Organizational Trust Index (OTI) methodology. In research hypotheses, we have confirmed the relation between organizational culture and trust, and with the multi-regression analysis, we have explained the impact of the organizational culture on the trust.
Based on the research that has been done, in the sixth and the seventh chapter, we are proposing acts for improved trusting in organization and in conclusion we are presenting most important findings. We also notify on problems which have appeared in researching and we suggest how to, in future research, eliminate them. |
