Povzetek

V današnjem času se uspešnost in konkurenčnost podjetja kažeta v strokovno usposobljenih kadrih. Vsako podjetje bi se moralo zavedati pomena usposabljanja, saj so zaposleni z svojim znanjem, motivacijo in pripadnostjo družbi pomemben kapital, ki ga je potrebno razvijati za doseganje ciljev na trgu. Motivirani in usposobljeni kadri so strateško bogastvo in pogoj za uresničevanje razvojnih načrtov. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili način izvajanja usposabljanj zaposlenih v podjetju Savatech d.o.o. Raziskovali smo izvajanje in učinkovitost usposabljanj in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z možnostjo in samim usposabljanjem. Ugotovili smo, da je sistem usposabljanja v podjetju dober in motivacija na visoki ravni, saj se zaposleni redno letno udeležujejo usposabljanj, ki jim jih zagotavlja podjetje. V prvem delu diplomske naloge smo s pomočjo strokovne literature opredelili razvoj in usposabljanje kadrov. V drugem delu pa smo predstavili sistem usposabljanja v podjetju, usposabljanje na delovnem mestu ter raziskavo o zadovoljstvu in učinkovitosti zaposlenih glede izvajanja usposabljanja v okviru podjetja Savatech. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika smo ugotavljali dejansko stanje v podjetju in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z izvajanjem in možnostjo usposabljanja. Podatke smo prikazali v obliki tabel in grafikonov. V zadnjem delu naloge smo s pomočjo podatkov, ki smo jih pridobili iz anketnega vprašalnika in podjetja, odgovorili na osem temeljnih vprašanj, ki smo si jih zastavili na začetku dela. Rezultati so pokazali, da so zaposleni naklonjeni usposabljanju, saj so v primerjavi z letom 2010 pokazali precej večje zanimanje za to področje. Zavedajo se, da se je potrebno skozi celotno življenjsko obdobje usposabljati, da lahko kvalitetno opravljajo svoje delo. Tudi vodstvo je spoznalo, da so kadri največji kapital podjetja in da je vanje potrebno vlagati veliko finančnih sredstev, ki pa se skozi delo vračajo v uspešni rasti podjetja, ki lahko zagotavlja svojo konkurenčnost in realizira kupčeve želje.

Sekundarni povzetek: Nowadays, expert qualified staff is an indicator of how successful and competitive a company is. Every company should be aware of the importance of permanent professional training, since motivated employees with more knowledge and affiliation to the company are an important asset that needs to be developed in order to achieve company’s goals on the market. Motivated and qualified personnel is a strategic treasure and a condition for the achievement of development goals. This paper describes how the company Savatech d.o.o. organises and carries out the professional training of their employees. We researched the organisation and efficiency of trainings as well as the satisfaction of the employees with the possibility and the course of staff training. We established that the system in the company is good and personnel highly motivated, as they regularly take part in different training courses, provided by the company year by year. First part of this paper is dedicated to a description of development and staff training based on expert literature. In the second part, the system of company’s professional trainings is represented, as well as training in workplace and a staff satisfaction survey regarding the organisation of Savatech in-house trainings. By means of a questionnaire, we sought information on the actual condition and satisfaction of the employees regarding the organisation and the possibility of professional training. The data is shown in the form of tables and graphs. Last part of the paper offers answers to eight fundamental question asked at the beginning. We collected the data from the above mentioned questionnaire and the company. Results show that employees are well disposed towards trainings. They have shown a much higher level of interest for this area compared to 2010. They are aware that one needs lifelong learning and training in order to perform successfully in a workplace. Management also realised that qualified personnel is the greatest asset of the company that needs to be invested in. Financial investments are reimbursed in the form of successful growth of the company that is able to compete on the market and realize their client’s wishes.
