| Sekundarni povzetek: | The article represents the results of research into changes in real-estate indicators of socio-psychological, architectural, urban and legal aspects of the real-estate market after Sloveniaʼs entry to the Schengen Area. Based on aquestionnaire the research presents a comparison of viewpoints of individual research groups, unveiling differences and/or similarities in the perception of changes between real-estate users living in the area along the state border compared to inhabitants of the central Slovenian-Ljubljana region. The discussion also compares the results with professional and scientific knowledge about people and space in post-modern society and deals with multidisciplinary treatment |
