Povzetek
Že sama omemba zavoda za prestajanje kazni zapora v ljudeh vzbudi negativne občutke, tako rekoč odpor. Ko sem se odločila za pisanje diplomske naloge, katere poglavitni namen je ugotavljanje družbenega vzdušja v Zavodu za prestajanje kazni zapora Ljubljana, sem najprej pomislila, da se konec koncev že pravzaprav ve, kakšno družbeno vzdušje prevladuje v zaporih. Da zapor ni kraj, kjer lahko pričakuješ karkoli pozitivnega in dobrega, tako od razmer kot tudi od ljudi. Tako kot povsod, pa naj bo to doma, v službi, v krogu znancev ali pa navsezadnje v zaporu — vsako okolje zaznamuje določeno družbeno vzdušje, na katerega vplivajo različni dejavniki. V diplomski nalogi sem se posvetila odkrivanju dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na družbeno vzdušje v ljubljanskem zaporu.
Predhodne raziskave so pokazale, da se je družbeno vzdušje v zavodih za prestajanje kazni zapora v zadnjih letih poslabšalo. Med najslabše izmerjenimi je bilo prav v ZPKZ Ljubljana. S preverjanjem socialne klime marca 2014 sem poskušala ugotoviti in prikazati, kakšno je družbeno vzdušje v ZPKZ Ljubljana. V pomoč so mi bili rezultati predhodnih raziskav, da sem te lahko primerjala z novo pridobljenimi in na podlagi tega ugotavljala, ali je prišlo do sprememb v družbenem vzdušju.
Po opravljeni analizi intervjujev z obsojenimi in na podlagi izpolnjenih anket zaposlenih sem najprej ugotovila, da se rezultati obsojencev in zaposlenih močno razlikujejo, da so nekateri kontradiktorni, kot da ne bi bili del istega sistema. Po rezultatih intervjujev z obsojenci je razvidno, da v ZPKZ prevladuje slabo družbeno vzdušje, na kar po njihovem mnenju v največji meri vpliva velika prezasedenost zavoda ter slaba komunikacija med obsojenimi in strokovnim kadrom. Medtem pa zaposleni, v tem primeru po večini pravosodni policisti, ki so izpolnili razdeljene ankete, menijo, da se družbeno vzdušje v zavodu iz leta v leto slabša, a je kljub temu dobro. Po mnenju zaposlenih bi se izboljšalo predvsem, če bi uredili problem prezasedenosti zavoda, da bi k temu prav tako pripomogla boljša organizacija dela in med drugim tudi pošteno plačilo pravosodnih policistov.

Just the thought of a prison gives people bad vibes, reluctance we can say. When I decided to write this disertation, which purpose is to find out what kind of social climate is in the prison of Ljubljana I thought that it is already clear what kind of climate overwhelmes in prison. That in general a prison is not a place where one could expect positive energy and optimism as far as people and conditions are concerned. Just like anywhere, at home, at work, a prison is also marked by a certain social climate, which is influenced by many different factors. I focused on revealing them, which affect the social climate in the prison of Ljubljana.
Primary researches of social climate showed that it got worse in the past few years. Researches had shown that the prison of Ljubljana had the worst social climate in comparison with other prisons over Slovenia. By researching social climate in March 2014, I tried to get and present results. Results of former researches were helpfull for comparison with the new results. The goal was to see if the social climate has improved.
After analizing the interviews with prisoners and surveys which were fullfiled by prison staff I found out that the results of the prisoners and the prison staff are different. Some were so contradictory as if they were not a part of the same system. From the results of the interviews of prisoners it is plain that the social climate in prison is bad, on what in their opinion affects the problem of the overcrowded prison and bad communication beetwen prisoners and the prison staff. Meanwhile the prison staff in this case mostly the prison guards, which filled out surveys think that the social climate got worse over years, nevertheless it is still acceptable. In their opinion the social climate in prison could get better by solving the matter of overcrowded prison, better work organization and a fair payment. |
