Povzetek

Nabava predstavlja pomembno funkcijo v poslovanju vsakega podjetja, zato imajo velik vpliv na uspešno poslovanje podjetja, na gospodarne in učinkovite odločitve o nabavi, za kar pa so odločilnega pomena dobra organizacija nabavne službe, tvorno sodelovanje nabavne službe z ostalimi službami v podjetju, stalno spremljanje nabavnih tokov in hitro ukrepanje na nabavnem področju. Tega se zavedajo tudi v družbi KOŠAKI TMI, d. d. Najpomembnejša odločitev nabavne službe, če želi ostati podjetje konkurenčno in uspešno, je izbira primernega dobavitelja. Primerni dobavitelj je tisti, ki je sposoben zadovoljiti zahteve podjetja z najnižjimi možnimi stroški. Na izbiro primernega in ustreznega dobavitelja za podjetje oziroma družbo vpliva zelo veliko dejavnikov, ki imajo vsak za posamezno družbo poseben pomen. Podjetje si mora že pred začetkom izbire in ocenjevanja potencialnih in obstoječih dobaviteljev sestaviti spisek meril, ki jih pričakuje od izbranega dobavitelja. Prav tako je pomembno ocenjevanje dobaviteljev, ki nam da vpogled v njihovo poslovanje s sprotnim ocenjevanjem zastavljenih meril. Moja diplomska naloga zajema teoretični in praktični del. Teoretični del zajema teoretični opis nabave in nabavnega procesa ter izbire in ocenjevanja dobaviteljev, za katerega sem pridobila podlago iz strokovne slovenske in tuje literature. V praktičnem delu sem na podlagi raziskave v družbi KOŠAKI TMI d. d. na praktični osnovi predstavila družbo ter izbiro in ocenjevanje dobaviteljev. Predstavitev družbe vsebuje osnovne podatke o družbi in organizacijsko strukturo zaposlenih. Družba KOŠAKI TMI, d. d., ima dolgoletno tradicijo, saj sega začetek ustanovitve družbe v leto 1872 in so tako najstarejša mesnopredelovalna industrija v Sloveniji. Poslanstvo družbe je v zagotavljanju zdravih, kakovostnih in varnih mesnih izdelkov, s katerimi želi v potrošnikih vzbujati strast do uživanja izvrstnih mesnih izdelkov. Družba je vodilna pri proizvodnji kranjske klobase, ki je tradicionalna in slavna slovenska posebnost z zaščiteno geografsko označbo. V družbi imajo določena merila za izbiro in ocenjevanje dobaviteljev. Za družbo so najpomembnejša merila za izbiro dobaviteljev kakovost, ki ima v prehrambni industriji zelo velik pomen, zanesljivost dobave, cena in rabat ter plačilni pogoji. Ostala merila za izbor dobaviteljev so še: proizvodne zmogljivosti, redne dobave dogovorjenih količin, prilagajanje glede količin nabave, zaloge dobavitelja, finančno stanje, kulanca, ugled dobavitelja, tehnološka opremljenost, sposobnost in želja menedžmenta za sodelovanje, partnerski odnos. V izbiro odločanja o dobaviteljih pa so v družbo vključeni odgovorni v nabavni službi, direktor prodaje, vodja proizvodnje in predsednik uprave. Ocena dobavitelja temelji na predpostavljenih merilih ocenjevanja dobavitelja in je sestavljena iz štirih področij: kakovosti blaga, cene in rabata, roka plačila, kakovosti dostave ter roka plačila, od katerih ima bistveno prednost kakovostni dobavitelj.

Sekundarni povzetek: Purchasing plays a vital function in the operation of every company and has a major impact on business success, economical and efficient decisions concerning purchasing, for which the good organisation of purchasing in a company is of crucial importance, constructive cooperation of the purchasing departments with other departments in the company, continuous monitoring of purchasing flows and rapid responses in terms of purchasing. The company KOŠAKI TMI, d. d. is also aware of this. The most important decision of the purchasing department, if a company wants to remain competitive and successful, is the selection of a suitable supplier. A suitable supplier is one that is able to satisfy the requirements of the company with the lowest possible costs. There are many factors at play when selecting an appropriate and suitable supplier for the company or corporation and all of them have a special importance for an individual company. Prior to selecting and evaluating potential and existing suppliers, the company has to compose a list of criteria that are expected from the selected supplier. The evaluation of suppliers is also important, which provides insight in their operation with continuous evaluation of the set criteria. My thesis includes a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part covers the theoretical description of procurement and purchasing process, as well as the selection and evaluation process of suppliers based on professional Slovenian and foreign literature. Based on the research in the company KOŠAKI TMI d.d. the practical part essentially presents the company and the selection and evaluation process of suppliers. The company profile contains basic information about the company and the organisational structure of employees. In the chapter on the selection and evaluation of suppliers I have described the criteria for the selection and evaluation of suppliers. The company KOŠAKI TMI, d. d. has a long tradition, as it was established back in 1872 and is in fact the oldest meat processing industry in Slovenia. The company's mission is providing healthy, quality and safe meat products, which seeks to inspire passion in consumers to savour excellent meat products. The company is a leader in producing Carniolan sausage, which is a traditional and famous Slovenian delicacy with protected geographical indication. The company has certain criteria in place for the selection and evaluation of suppliers. For the company the most important criteria for selecting suppliers is quality, which is of great importance in the food industry, followed by reliability of supply, price, discount and terms of payment. Other criteria for the selection of suppliers are: production capacities, regular supplies of the agreed amounts, adapting according to supply amounts, supplier's stock, financial situation, kulanca, reputation of the supplier, technological equipment, the management’s ability and desire for cooperation, partnership. All those responsible in the purchasing department are involved in selecting the suppliers, such as the Sales Director, production manager and CEO. The evaluation of suppliers is based on the set criteria for the evaluation of suppliers and consists of four areas: quality of goods, price and discount, terms of payment, quality of delivery, where the key advantage is the quality of the supplier.
