Vpliv uvedbe dokumentnega sistema na učinkovitost v Thermani Laško

Povzetek

Diplomska naloga temelji na uvedbi dokumentnega sistema SAOP eRegistrator v podjetju Thermana Laško d.d. V teoretičnem delu naloge smo se osredotočili na prenovo poslovnih procesov z uvedbo dokumentnega sistema(DMS). Opisali smo njegove značilnosti in delovanje ter razloge za uvedbo. Spoznali smo sistem za elektronsko upravljanje z dokumenti (EDMS) in njegov vpliv na izboljšanje poslovnih procesov. Proučili smo zakonodajo, ki ureja brezpapirno poslovanje, ter opisali funkcije računovodenja in računovodsko poročanje. V drugem delu naloge smo predstavili podjetje Thermana in dokumentni sistem eRegistrator. Opravili smo analizo obstoječega in pričakovanega stanja ter prikazali učinke uvedbe dokumentnega sistema v proces dela, vključno s prednostmi in slabostmi. Zaključili smo z ugotovitvijo, da bo uvedba dokumentnega sistema eRegistrator pozitivno vplivala na učinkovitost v Thermani Laško, vendar pod pogojem, da bodo faze priprave na uvedbo opravljene kvalitetno in da bo zagotovljena podpora tako s strani vodstva podjetja kot tudi s strani ponudnika dokumentnega sistema SAOP d.o.o.

Sekundarni povzetek:	The thesis is based on the introduction of the document managemant system SAOP eRegistrator in the company Thermana Laško d.d. In the theoretical part we focused on the restructuring of business processes with the introduction of the document managament system (DMS). We described its features and performance, as well as the reasons for introducing it. We learned about the system for electronic document management (EDMS)and its imapact on improving business processes. We have studied the laws governing paperless operations and described the functions of accounting and financial reporting. In the second part we presented the company Thermana and the document management system SAOP eRegistrator. We conducted an analysis of the current and expected state and we showed the effects of the introduction of the document managament system on the working process, with all its advantages and disadvantages. We completed with the conclusion that the introduction of the document managament system eRegistrator will have a positive impact on the effectiveness of Thermana Laško, but under the condition that the preparation phases for the introduction will be used effectively and that support will be provided, both by the company's management as well as by the provider of the document management system SAOP d.o.o.
