Povzetek

Organizacijska struktura je dokaj pomembna za uspešno poslovanje podjetja. Vsako podjetje si izoblikuje svojo organizacijsko strukturo. S pomočjo vplivov situacijskih dejavnikov, kot so: velikost podjetja, cilji in strategija, okolje, tehnologija in zaposleni, ugotovimo, ali je trenutna organizacijska struktura primerna za uspešnost podjetja. V diplomski nalogi sem predstavila in opisala organizacijsko strukturo podjetja x. Oblika obstoječe strukture x je poslovno-funkcijska, pristojnosti in odgovornosti so točno določene, kjer se spoštuje hierarhični red. V nalogi sem predstavila funkcije delovnih mest v podjetju x. Z analizo sem predstavila, kakšna je formalizacija, specializacija, hierarhija avtoritete, kompleksnost, centralizacija, profesionalizacija in kadrovska konfiguracija. Na podlogi proučevanj podjetja x ugotavljam, da je trenutna organizacijska struktura primerna, kar lahko ugotovimo z dolgoletnim obstojem na trgu. Za uspešnost poslovanja so pomemben dejavnik zaposleni v podjetju. Moj predlog za spremembo je uvedba novega delovnega mesta kadrovik, ki bi bil osredotočen za iskanje novih kadrov ter ostala kadrovska dela. Z uvedbo tega delovnega mesta bi razbremenili druga delovna mesta, ki so se prej ukvarjala s kadrovskimi deli. Zaposleni so najpomembnejše premoženje, ki ga ima organizacija. Ustrezno ravnanje z njimi postaja ključ do uspeha, ki ga dosežemo, če so kadrovske politike in ukrepi ter poslovne dejavnosti organizacije tesno povezane pri uresničevanju ciljev organizacije. Sekundarni povzetek: Organizational structure is fairly important for company’s successful operation. Each company forms its own organizational structure. With the help of the influence of the following situational factors, we establish whether the current organizational structure is appropriate for company's success: company's size, objectives and strategy, environment, technology and employees. In the graduation thesis, I presented and described the organizational structure of the company x. The form of the existing structure x is business-functional; authorities and responsibilities are specifically defined, and hierarchical order is respected. In the thesis, I presented functions of the work places in the company x. Based on the analysis, I presented the formalisation, specialisation, authority's hierarchy, complexity, centralization, professionalization, and personnel configuration. Based on the research of the company x, I establish the current organizational structure as suitable, which can be determined by the long-term existence in the market. Company's employees are an important factor for successful business operation. My suggestion for change is introduction of new work place for human resources manager, who would focus on searching new personnel, and other personnel related works. By introducing this work place, others who previously dealt with personnel would be relieved of this duty. Employees are the company's most important assets. The correct treatment of the employees is becoming a key to success, which is achieved if the personnel policies and measures as well as business activities of the organization are closely related to the meeting of the objectives of the organization.
