Povzetek

Čeprav velja, da je za dolgoročno uspešnost podjetja potrebna zapisana tako ustanovitvena kot razvojna vizija, pa večina malih in mikropodjetij v Sloveniji nima zapisane svoje vizije. Prav tako nimajo zapisane politike podjetja, poslanstva, smotrov in temeljnih ciljev, ki vizijo vključuje in je temeljnega pomena za razvoj podjetja v prihodnosti. Tudi podjetje ARTG3, d. o. o., spada med mikropodjetja, ki ob ustanovitvi ni zapisalo svoje vizije in politike podjetja. Brez razvoja pa ni obstoja, zato smo v diplomski nalogi namenili največ pozornosti prav planiranju njegovega razvoja na ravni politike podjetja in strateškega managementa. Za planiranje politike podjetja smo najprej proučili ključne udeležence podjetja in njihove vrednote, upoštevali njihove interese, si pridobili osnovne informacije o podjetju ter zanj določili prednosti in slabosti. Proučili smo tudi okolje, v katerem podjetje deluje, ter zanj določili možnosti in nevarnosti. Na osnovi zbranih podatkov smo zapisali vizijo, poslanstvo, smotre in temeljne cilje podjetja ter vodila o poslanstvu in smotrih podjetja ARTG3, d. o. o., kot pomembno izrazno obliko politike podjetja. Na ravni strateškega managementa smo določili programsko-tržna področja, za njih iskali strateške možnosti in opredelili strategije. Skladno s strategijami smo zapisali planirane strukture in zaključili s programom razvoja podjetja za naslednja štiri leta. S temi analizami in razvojnimi predlogi želimo prispevati k uspešnemu nadaljnjemu razvoju podjetja ARTG3, d. o. o.

Sekundarni povzetek: Although it applies that a long-term success of the company requires a written founding as well as a development vision, however most of the small and micro companies in Slovenia do not have a written vision of their own. In addition they lack written company policy, mission, aims and fundamental objectives, which include the vision, and is of significant importance for company development in the future. The company ARTG3, d.o.o. is also one of the micro companies which failed to write its own vision and company policy at the time of incorporation. Without development there is no existence, therefore in this diploma thesis, we devoted most of the attention precisely to planning of their development at the level of company policy and strategic management. For planning company policy, we first examined the key participants of the company and their values, took into account their interests, obtained basic information about the company and set out its advantages and disadvantages. We also examined the environment, in which the company operates and determined its options and risks. Based on gathered data, we wrote down a vision, a mission, aims and fundamental objectives of the company and a guide on the mission and aims of the company ARTG3, d.o.o., as a significant form of expression of company policy. At the strategic management level we determined programming and marketing areas, we searched for strategic options for them and we defined the strategies. In compliance with the strategies, we wrote down the planned structures and completed the company’s development programme for the following four years. With these analyses and development suggestions, we wish to contribute to a successful further development of the company ARTG3, d.o.o.
