Povzetek
Z obremenjevanjem naravnega okolja in s pomanjkanjem skrbi za okolje se srečujemo vsak dan, na vsakem koraku. Najhuje se posledice v zadnjem času kažejo v klimatskih spremembah. Vendar tudi druga področja, kot so onesnaženost tal, voda in zraka, ne zaostajajo veliko. Pomemben delež onesnaženja in pomanjkanje skrbi za okolje je moč pripisati podjetjem, tudi malim storitvenim podjetjem. Medtem ko večja podjetja upoštevajo zakonodajo in razvijajo prostovoljne pobude v skrbi za okolje, srednja ter mala podjetja zaradi omejenih virov temu vidiku ne namenjajo dovolj pozornosti.
Poslovna podjetniška politika bo v prihodnosti morala vključevati širše dimenzije, kot je to veljalo v preteklosti. Ne samo zasledovanje ekonomskih, temveč tudi okoljskih in socialnih dimenzij. Poslovno organizacijski koncept ravnanja z okoljem v podjetniški praksi malih storitvenih podjetij naj bi bolj upošteval spoznanja, da je potrebno ob učinkovitosti bolj kot doslej upoštevati celovitost pristopa, znanje, okoljsko osveščenost, za ustvarjalnost spodbudne medosebne odnose, okoljsko odličnost poslovanja, podporni in skrben odnos do naravnega ter drugega okolja. Gre za celoviti več- in medstrokovni pristop, ki v malem podjetju predstavlja problem. Zaradi omejenih človeških virov sta vloga in pomen lastnika oziroma managerja na področju ravnanja z okoljem še toliko bolj izpostavljena.
Predlagani managerski model z vključenim ravnanjem z okoljem izhaja iz Lipovec-Rozmanove teorije organizacije in dodanim Kraljevim pristopom k okoljski odličnosti. Poudarek temelji na planiranju, uveljavljanju in kontroli poslovanja ter planiranju, uveljavljanju in kontroli organizacije, ki v vseh korakih vključuje skrb za okolje v malem storitvenem podjetju. V raziskavi preučujemo posamezne sestavine ravnanja z okoljem v managerskem procesu, in sicer v poslovanju ter organiziranju, in kako se vključujejo v vsakodnevne podjetniške aktivnosti planiranja, izvajanja in kontroliranja v avtopralnicah.
V zaključkih magistrske naloge smo lahko ugotovili, da smo z nalogo, izvedeno raziskavo in analizo raziskovalne ankete izpolnili nekatere cilje, ki smo si jih zastavili v nalogi. Glavno sporočilo naloge je, da stalno in nenehno prilagajanje podjetij za ohranjanje konkurenčnosti postavlja zahtevo o skrbi za okolje ter ravnanju z njim med prednostne cilje v poslovanju in tudi organiziranju podjetja. Med cilje poslovanja in organiziranja se tako kot nepogrešljiva stalnica uvrščajo tudi cilji ravnanja z okoljem.
Vse tri hipoteze, ki smo jih postavili v uvodnem delu naloge in se nanašajo na poslovno organizacijski koncept ravnanja z okoljem v malem storitvenem podjetju, smo z analizo anketnega vprašalnika ter analizo dobljenih odgovorov ob ustreznem razmisleku in natančni primerjavi dikcije hipotez z dikcijo vprašanj na koncu uspešno potrdili.

We encounter the strain on the natural environment and the lack of care for the environment on a daily basis and at every step. The worst consequences are seen recently in climate change. However, other areas, such as pollution of soil, water and air are not far behind.
An important share of pollution and lack of concern for the environment is attributable to businesses, including small utilities. While larger companies develop voluntary initiatives in caring for the environment as well as take account of legislation, small and medium enterprises don’t devote enough attention to this aspect because of limited resources.
Business enterprise policy will have to include a wider dimension of it in the future. Not only the pursuit of economic but also environmental and social dimensions. Business organizational concept of environmental management in the corporate practice of small service companies should take greater account of the knowledge that is needed. They should focus on the comprehensive approach, environmental awareness, creativity encouraging interpersonal relations, environmental excellence in operations, support and caring attitude to natural and other environment.
Due to the limited human resources, the role and importance of the owner or manager regarding the management of the environment is even more exposed. The proposed managerial model with integrated environmental management is resulting from Lipovec-Rozman’s organizational theories. The Royal approach to environmental excellence has also been added.
The emphasis is based on the planning, promotion and control of operations as well as on the planning, enforcement and inspection of organizations. All steps include the concern for the environment in small service companies. In this study we are examining the individual components of environmental management, both in business and in organization. We explore how it is integrated into everyday business of activity planning, implementation and control of the car wash.
In the conclusions of the master's thesis, we have found out that we have met some of the goals we have set at the beginning of our survey. The main message of our task is that in order to be competitive, companies impose the requirement of environmental care and handling as their top business priorities. They classify environmental management among the objectives of their business and organize it as an indispensable fixture.
All three hypotheses that were put in the introductory part of the thesis relate to the business organizational concept of environmental management in a small service company. We have analyzed the questionnaire and the responses with the critical thought and careful comparison of questions and answers. At the end, all three hypotheses were confirmed. |
