Povzetek
Družbena odgovornost podjetij postaja iz leta v leto pomembnejša zaradi hude konkurenčnosti podjetij, ki želijo potrošnikom ponuditi vedno več. Družbeno odgovorno ravnanje prinaša večjo poslovno uspešnost in produktivnost, izboljšan ugled ter povečano zvestobo javnosti. Družbeno odgovorno ravnanje zajema odgovorno ravnanje do ljudi, okolja in podjetja samega. Podjetja javnosti predstavljajo svoj interes, dejavnosti in izdelke preko predstavnikov za odnose z javnostmi. V tem primeru govorimo o družbeni odgovornosti podjetij kot funkciji odnosov z javnostmi.
V magistrski nalogi bomo predstavili koncept družbene odgovornosti podjetja Simobil in navedli razloge za uvajanje družbene odgovornosti. Družbena odgovornost podjetja je v neposredni povezavi s komuniciranjem in posledično z odnosi z javnostmi. V empiričnem delu bomo natančneje opredelili in dokazovali poročanje o družbeni odgovornosti podjetja Simobil, ki je tudi orodje upravljanja odnosov z javnostmi. Cilj magistrske naloge je prikazati medsebojno povezanost med družbeno odgovornostjo podjetja in odnosi z javnostmi. Povezavo bomo dokazali v empiričnem delu, kjer bomo izvedli intervju z odgovornim za odnose z javnostmi v podjetju Simobil. Opravili bomo tudi splošno anketo med Simobilovimi uporabniki o mnenju glede družbene odgovornosti podjetja z vidika odnosov z javnostmi.

Because of a great competitiveness of companies, who want to offer more to their consumers, corporate social responsibility becomes more and more important every year. Socially responsible behavior brings more success and productivity, improved reputation and increased loyalty to public. Social responsibility includes responsibility towards people, the environment and the company itself. Companies represent the public their interests, activities and products through representatives of public relations. In this case we can talk about corporate social responsibility as a function of public relations.
In this master thesis we will represent the concept of the corporate social responsibility of Simobil and list the reasons for introducing the social responsibility. Social responsibility of company is in indirect connection with communicating and consequently with public relations. In empirical part we will in details determine and prove reporting about social responsibility of Simobil, which is also a tool for managing public relations. The aim of master thesis is to present the connection between social responsibility of company and public relations. We will prove the connection in the empirical part, that is an interview with those responsible for public relations in Simobil. We will also carry out a general survey among Simobil users about their opinion on social responsibility of the company through the public relations point of view. |
