Dobljene podatke smo obdelali s programom SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) in jih predstavili tabelarično.

Sekundarni naslov: EVALUATION OF AN EDUCATOR ABOUT THE ROLE OF A CHILD BY REST AND NUTRITION IN THE DAILY ROUTINE
Sekundarni povzetek: The diploma paper focused on the role of the child in nutrition and rest in the daily routine in kindergarten. In the theoretical part we wrote about the daily routine in kindergarten. In this part we defined concepts of daily routine, hidden curriculum and implicit theories, which all, as we found out, interact and intertwine. In the field of nutrition we introduced child's biological needs for food and nutrition and trends for a balanced nutrition in educational institutions. We also represented manners in which healthy nutrition and eating habits are being taken care of in kindergartens. We were interested in active inclusion of children in preparation for nutrition, the course of nutrition and the procedures that follow it. In the field of rest we looked into child's biological needs for sleep and how these change with age. We presented preparation for rest, and, above all, focused on the rest in kindergarten, which is divided in rest and sleeping. In the empirical part we presented the results of the empirical research of child's role in preparation for nutrition and rest, in the course of eating and rest and in arranging after eating and sleeping. The research instrument that we used was a survey questionnaire with closed type questions and was filled in by 296 educators from randomly selected Slovenian kindergartens. We were interested in the degree to which educators include children in preparing for eating and rest and how they do it. We were looking for differences in reference to age, stratum and size of the kindergarten. The data was processed by a program SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) and was presented in a table.
