Povzetek

V diplomskem delu z naslovom Razvoj socialnih kompetenc pri pouku spoznavanja okolja v prvem triletju osnovne šole smo želeli predstaviti in opredeliti kompetence, socialne kompetence ter razvoj le-teh pri učencih pri pouku spoznavanja okolja v prvem triletju osnovne šole. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili kompetence, vlogo učitelja in šole pri razvoju kompetenc, kaj so socialne kompetence in kako jih razvijamo ter vpliv sodelovalnega učenja na razvoj socialnih kompetenc. V empiričnem delu smo za raziskovalni instrument uporabili anketni vprašalnik, ki ga je izpolnilo 89 učiteljev(-ic). Namen raziskave je bil: ugotoviti, ali učitelji(-ce) poznajo pojem socialna kompetenca, ali razvijajo socialne kompetence pri pouku spoznavanja okolja, ali razvijajo socialne kompetence pri učencih tudi pri sodelovanju s sošolci in skozi igranje iger vlog. Na podlagi odgovorov anketnih vprašalnikov ugotavljamo, da učitelji poznajo pojem socialna kompetenca, jo razvijajo pri pouku spoznavanja okolja in tudi pri sodelovanju s sošolci ter skozi igranje iger vlog.

Sekundarni povzetek: In the thesis with the title Development of social competences in the classes of environmental and social studies during the first three years of primary school we tried to introduce and define competences, social competences and their development during environmental and social studies classes. The thesis comprises a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part describes competences, the role of a teacher and school in the development of competences. Furthermore, it defines social competences and their development as well as the effect of co-operational learning on social competences development. The empirical part includes a survey questionnaire, which was filled in by 89 teachers. The purpose of the research was to determine if teachers are familiar with social competence, if they develop these during environmental and social studies classes, if they develop pupils' social competences in their cooperation with classmates as well as with the help of role-play. The answers of the survey questionnaire helped us establish that teachers know the meaning of social competence; develop it in environmental and social studies classes, through cooperation with classmates and role-play.
