Sekundarni povzetek: | This theoretical diploma thesis analyses fundraising in non-profit organizations and the non-profit organizations itself. We have explored the correlation between knowledge of the values of the organization and received donations. Secondly we have examined the impact of marketing and strategic management on the amount of collected donations. We have examined non-profit organizations and their size in Slovenia by the key indicators that determine this sector and compared it to the European standards. We got to know the role of management in non-profit organizations, including the Bryson's method for strategic planning developed especially for non-profit organizations. We analysed the fundraising by the sources and the methods and compared them by the success level. We also determined witch is most important factor for fundraising. We have analysed the non-profit organization The Culture and Art Society of the University Medical Centre and Faculty of Medicine in Ljubljana and got to know how it works moneywise. |
