Povzetek
Krize, ki se pojavljajo v podjetjih so lahko odraz mnogih dejavnikov, tako notranjih in tudi zunanjih. Svetovna finančna kriza, ki se je pričela v Ameriki je posledično vplivala na vse manjše trge, ki so odvisni od večjih, svetovnih trgov. Dejstvo je, da je slovenski trg premajhen, da bi lahko slovenska podjetja delovala samo na njem, zato je trend v Sloveniji globalno poslovanje. Na ta način lahko posamezno podjetje učinkoviteje proda svoje izdelke, a se po drugi strani lahko pojavijo mnoge nevarnosti, na katere podjetja nimajo vpliva in so posledica zunanjih dejavnikov.
V magistrski nalogi smo želeli predstaviti Skupino Gorenje, ki deluje na področju bele tehnike in je tudi v svetu eden vodilnih proizvajalcev na tem področju. Ključna naloga je bila prikazati neposredne učinke krize na uspešnost poslovanja podjetja, njihove odzive in podati ukrepe, ki so jih podali in uspešnost ukrepanja. Pred raziskovanjem Skupine Gorenje smo pozornost posvetili teoretičnim izhodiščem, ki so nam omogočili dobro izhodišče za nadaljnje delo. Preučili smo razvoj svetovne finančne krize ter njen prenos v Evropo in Slovenijo, razvoj in obvladovanje krize v podjetju, tveganja s katerimi se srečujejo pri svojem delovanju, ter ukrepe za reševanje krize. Naš cilj je bil predstaviti delovanje transmisijskega mehanizma v času glede finančne krize in na kakšen način se je to odrazilo v podjetjih.
V praktičnem delu magistrske naloge smo na podlagi teoretičnega dela raziskali Skupino Gorenje, ter analizirali vpliv finančne krize na uspešnost poslovanja Skupine Gorenje. Zanimalo nas je kakšne posledice je povzročila svetovna finančna kriza, ter na kakšen način so se v Skupini Gorenje na krizo odzvali. Na podlagi rezultatov smo podali ključne ugotovitve, na katera področja poslovanja je krize najbolj vplivala in kako je le-to odrazilo na Skupino Gorenje.
Magistrsko nalogo končujemo s pridobljenimi rezultati in spoznanji o delovanju Skupine Gorenje v času krize in po njej, ter podajamo posamične primerjave z konkurenčnimi podjetji.

Crises in companies can be a reflection of many internal and external factors. The global financial crises that started in America, has consequently also had an effect on smaller markets which are dependent on global markets. The fact is that the Slovenian market is too small in order for Slovenian companies to be able to operate exclusively on it, which is why global business has become a trend in Slovenia. This way, each company can sell its products more effectively; however, this can also lead to many dangers on which companies do not have an effect and which are a consequence of external factors.
In this master's thesis, we wanted to present the Gorenje Group company that is active in the field of white goods and is also one of the world's leading manufacturers in this field. The key task was to show the direct effects of the crisis on the company's viability and the company's responses to the crisis, as well as present the measures it has undertaken and the successfulness of these measures. Before researching the Gorenje Group company, we focused on the theoretical starting points that served as a good foundation for our further work. We also took a look at the development of the global financial crisis and its expansion into Europe and Slovenia, and reviewed the crisis development and management in the said company, the risks that the company is faced with during its operations and their measures for addressing the crisis. Our aim was to present the functioning of the transmission mechanism during the financial crisis and how this reflects in the company.
In the practical part of the master's thesis, we examined the Gorenje Group company based on the findings in the theoretical part, as well as analysed the effect of the financial crisis on the company's viability. We wanted to know what sort of consequences the global financial crisis had on the company and how the Gorenje Group company responded to them. Based on the results, we presented some key conclusions regarding the fields of business which were mostly affected by the crisis and how this has reflected in the Gorenje Group company.
This master's thesis concludes with the results and findings on how the Gorenje Group company operated during the crisis and how it operates after it, and presents individual comparisons with other competitive companies. |
