Povzetek
V diplomski nalogi sta predstavljeni in primerjani zakonski ureditvi delovnega časa v Republiki Sloveniji in Republiki Češki.
V prvem delu so predstavljeni mednarodni in nacionalni pravni viri in opredeljeni osnovni pravni pojmi, kot so delovno razmerje in individualna in kolektivna delovna razmerja. Nato so obravnavani instituti, kot so delovni čas in odmori in počitki. Slednji so natančneje obravnavani v drugem delu diplomskega dela.
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno delovno pravo, kakor tudi razvoj delovnega prava v obeh državah in posamezni elementi delovnega časa, kot so ureditev polnega delovnega časa, krajši delovni čas, nadurno delo, razporeditev delovnega časa, nočno delo, odmori, počitki, dopust in drugi.
V zadnjem delu diplomskega dela je opravljena primerjava obeh zakonodaj in so predstavljene ugotovitve in vpliv razlik na delodajalce in delavce.

My diploma thesis presents and compares the regulation of working time in the Republic of Slovenia and the Czech Republic.
In the first part is a brief presentation of basic legal concepts such as legal relationship, employment and individual and collective labor relations. It also presents some basic institutes such as working hours and breaks and rest periods which are presented and compared in detail in the second part of my thesis.
In the middle part is an overview of the development of the labor law in both countries, followed by a presentation and comparison of the individual items of working time such as full-time work, overtime, working hours, night work, breaks, rest periods, holidays and others in detail in both legislations.
In the last part of my thesis I will compare both legislations and present the findings of the comparison and the impact of the differences on employers and employees. |
