Povzetek

Lovski čuvaji pomembno prispevajo k varovanju okolja. Zaupanje je temelj dobrega sodelovanja z notranjo javnostjo in formalnimi družbenimi nadzorovalci, saj pri opravljanju svojega dela potrebujejo podporo članov lovskih družin. V diplomski nalogi proučujemo odnose lovsko-čuvajske službe v lovski družini (LD) in v lovišču s posebnim namenom (LPN) z vodstvom in ostalimi člani. Diplomsko delo predstavlja pomen lovskega čuvaja za lovstvo oziroma za upravljanje z loviščem, kako se je lovsko-čuvajska služba razvijala v zgodovini ter njene značilnosti. V drugem delu je na podlagi izpolnjene ankete predstavljeno samo zadovoljstvo oziroma nezadovoljstvo lovskih čuvajev z delom in vodstvom lovske družine. Njihov odnos oziroma zadovoljstvo smo ugotavljali s spletno anketo med lovskimi čuvaji, ki imajo sklenjeno pogodbo z upravljavcem lovišča oziroma lovsko družino in loviščem s posebnim namenom. Namen je bil tudi podati nekaj predlogov, ki bi lovskim čuvajem, ostalim lovcem in inštitucijam, ki se ukvarjajo z lovom oziroma gospodarjenjem z naravo, pripomogle k razvoju na višji nivo kvalitetnega in učinkovitejšega dela. Pri tem smo ugotavljali, kakšne težave imajo lovski čuvaji pri opravljanju lovsko-čuvajske službe, kako se izobražujejo, koliko časa posvetijo delu lovskega čuvaja, kakšne so njihove funkcije, koliko časa vložijo v svoje delo in kako so zadovoljni s podporo v organih lovske družine, kako so računalniško in internetno aktivni, ugotovili smo organiziranost lovsko-čuvajske službe v lovskih družinah in splošne podatke o starosti, spolu in delovni dobi opravljanja lovsko-čuvajske službe. Ugotovili smo, da so lovski čuvaji zadovoljni z delom in vodstvom lovske družine, pri tem pa na zaupanje med lovskimi čuvaji s pogodbo in vodstvom lovske družine pomembno vplivata moralno-etično ujemanje in višja stopnja izobrazbe, s tem pa se tudi kaže povezava z zadovoljstvom lovskih čuvajev z delom v lovski družini. Potrebno bi bilo določiti minimalno stopnjo izobrazbe za opravljenje tovrstnega dela in konkretno opisati oziroma opredeliti njihova pooblastila.

Sekundarni povzetek: Game wardens make an important contribution to the protection of the environment. Trust is the foundation of good cooperation with internal communications and formal social controlers, as in the performance of their work need the support of members of hunting families. From the thesis of the priority is to clear the study of the relationships of hunting and gamekeeper service in a hunting family and in hunting ground with the specific intent with the leadership and other members. The thesis represents the part where is highlighted the importance of hunting gamekeeper for hunting or for the management of the nature, how the hunting gamekeeper service developed in the historie and its characteristics. In the second part, however, is on the basis of the completed survey presented only the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of hunting caretakers with work and the leadership of the hunting families. Their attitude or satisfaction we try to find out with the online survey during the hunting guards, who have a contract with the operators of the hunting grounds, or hunting family and hunting ground with a specific purpose. The purpose was also to give some suggestions, that would hunting wardens, huntera and other institutions that deal with hunting or management with nature contribute to the development of the higher level of quality and to work more effectively. We tried to determine what kind of problems hunting wardens have in the performance of hunting and gamekeeper service, how they educate, how much time they devote for hunting and gamekeeper job, what are their features, how much time are invested in their work, and how they are satisfied with the support in the authorities of hunting family, how are computer and internet active, we found the structure of the organisation of the hunting and gamekeeper service in the hunting families and the general data on age, gender and how long they work like game wardens. The trust between the hunting wardens of the treaty and the leadership of the hunting family the important influence of a moral-ethical match, and a higher level of education, but it also shows connection with the satisfaction of hunting gamekeepers work in a hunting family. We found out that hunting wardens are satisfied with the work and management of the hunting families, but the trust between the hunting wardensof the treaty and the leadership of the hunting family have important influence of a moral-ethical match, and a higher level of education, but it also shows connection with the satisfaction of hunting wardens and work in a hunting family. It would be required to determine the minimum level of education for this kind of work, to determine the extent and timeline of the mandatory and supplementary training and concretely to describe, or to define their powers.
