Povzetek

V delu diplomskega projekta smo obravnavali dva problema na primeru računovodskega podjetja X. Najprej smo reševali problem pričakovanja delodajalcev pri zaposlovanju kadrov, nato pa problem nagrajevanja zaposlenih. Delo diplomskega projekta smo razdelili na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu smo najprej predstavili tehnike za ustvarjalno reševanje problemov. Najprej smo prestavili tehnike za definiranje idej in priložnosti, nato pa še tehnike za generiranje idej. V nadaljevanju smo opisali, kako poteka postopek pridobivanja novih sodelavcev, ter podali nekaj koristnih nasvetov, ki nam lahko pomagajo priti do zaposlitve. Na koncu smo v teoretičnem delu tudi opisali pomen in cilje nagrajevanja, ter vrste nagrad. V praktičnem delu smo najprej opisali nastanek računovodskega podjetja X, nato smo predstavili organizacijsko strukturo podjetja, dejavnost s katero se podjetje ukvarja in storitve, ki jih opravlja za svoje stranke. Na kratko smo tudi opisali, kakšen je sistem nagrajevanja zaposlenih v tem podjetju. Tehnike za ustvarjalno reševanje problemov, ki smo jih predstavili v teoretičnem delu, smo kasneje uporabili v praktičnem delu. Problem pričakovanja delodajalcev pri zaposlovanju kadrov smo reševali s tehniko W, s tehniko ribjo kost in morfološko analizo. Problem nagrajevanja zaposlenih pa smo reševali s tehniko petih zakajev, z miselnim vzorcem in s tehniko lista oznak. Ugotovili smo, da je nagrajevanje zaposlenih v podjetju zelo pomembno, vendar veliko podjetij temu posveča premalo pozornosti in da je zelo pomembno vedeti, koga bomo zaposlili, saj nam lahko novo zaposlen delavec v nasprotnem primeru naredi v podjetju, več škode kakor koristi.

Sekundarni povzetek: In the part of the diploma project we discussed two problems on the case of accounting company X. At first we solved the problem of the employer's expectations in the employment process, then the problem of rewarding employees. The work of the diploma project was divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part, we first presented techniques for creative problem solving. First, we presented the techniques for defining ideas and opportunities and then techniques for generating ideas. Further we described how the employment process is carried out and provided some useful tips that can help us find a job. Finally, we described the importance and objectives of rewarding employees and the types of rewards. In the practical part, we first described the formation of the accounting company X, then we presented the organizational structure of the company, the activity with which the company is engaged and services it provides for its customers. Briefly, we also described how the system of rewarding employees in this company works. Techniques for creative problem solving that we presented in the theoretical part, were later used in practical work. We solved the problem of employers’ expectations in recruiting staff with W technique, the Fishbone technique and the morphological analysis. The problem of rewarding employees was solved with the 5 Whys technique, the mind map and the Sheet labels technique. We found out that rewarding employees in the company is very important, but many companies pay insufficient attention to it and that it is very important to know who will be recruited since a newly employed worker may otherwise cause the company more harm than benefit.
