Povzetek
Diplomsko delo obravnava tematiko stališč učiteljev do učencev s statusom športnika. Posredno se nanaša na sodelovanje učiteljev s šolsko svetovalno službo. Teoretični del opredeljuje dosedanje raziskovalno delo o učencih s statusom športnika, šport (njegovo vlogo in vrste športa ter rekreativni in vrhunski šport), nadarjene učence, učence s statusom športnika in Pravilnik o prilagajanju šolskih obveznosti (skupaj s pravicami in dolžnostmi učencev s statusom športnika). Navedenih je nekaj konkretnih primerov statusa športnika v osnovnih šolah. V empiričnem delu je predstavljena raziskava, ki smo jo izvedli med osnovnošolskimi učitelji v Mariboru in njegovi okolici ter Ljubljani. Anketirali smo učitelje matematike, slovenščine in angleščine v sedmem, osmem in devetem razredu. Namen empiričnega dela je raziskati stališča učiteljev do učencev s statusom športnika in sploh do športa, opaznost vpliva športnega (ne)uspeha na učni (ne)uspeh pri učencih s statusom športnika, podobnosti in razlike med učenci s statusom športnika in tistimi brez statusa, seznanjenost učiteljev s Pravilnikom o prilagajanju obveznosti in najpogostejši način uporabe, potrebo učencev s statusom športnika po dodatni pomoči (vključno z razlogi za dodatno pomoč in obliko pomoči) in sodelovanje učiteljev s šolskim svetovalnim delavcem, in sicer pogostost ter način sodelovanja. Zanimalo nas je tudi koliko odstotkov učencev ima status športnika. Končne ugotovitve smo podali v obliki sklepnih misli.

This graduation thesis discusses the teachers' attitudes towards pupils with an elite athlete's status. Indirectly, it also discusses the teachers' collaboration with school counsellors. Theoretical part introduces previous researches on pupils with an elite athlete's status, sport (its role, types of sport and recreational and elite sport), talented pupils, pupils with an elite athlete's status and "Pravilnik o prilagajanju obveznosti" (regulations of an elite athlete"s status). There are some examples of actual use of an elite athlete's status in primary schools listed as well. The empirical part presents the research that was conducted among primary school teachers in Maribor and Ljubljana. We surveyed teachers of mathematics, Slovene and English in the seventh, eighth and ninth grade. The aim of the empirical work was to research the attitudes of teachers towards pupils with an elite athlete's status and towards sport as well, whether and how visible is the influence of success or non-success in sports on school success or non-success of pupils with an elite athlete's status, similarities and differences between pupils with and without the elite athlete's status, familiarity of teacher with the "Pravilnik o prilagajanju obveznosti" and the most common method of its use, the necessity of pupils with an elite athlete's status for additional assistance (along with the reasons for assistance and the form of assistance), collaboration of teachers with school counsellors, namely frequency and form of collaboration. We were also interested in finding the percentage of pupils with an elite athlete's status. The final findings are presented in the form of concluding thoughts. |
