Povzetek
Uvod: V sodobnem svetu je žal stres del vsakdanjika, še prav posebej je pogosto posledica neurejenih in zaostrenih delovnih pogojev. V takšnem primeru se zaposleni, ki imajo družine in številne obveznosti izven delovnega časa soočajo s številnimi izzivi. Med najpogostejše stresorje na delovnem mestu prištevamo preobremenjenost z delom, nepredvidljivi urniki, slabi medsebojni odnosi … Predvsem je ključno, da posledice stresa na delovnem mestu posameznika vplivajo na učinkovitost pri delu, istočasno tudi na družinsko življenje.
Namen: Namen naloge je bil predvsem narediti pregled nad dejavniki, ki povzročajo stres na delovnem mestu ter opredeliti, kako ti vplivajo na kakovost družinskega življenja. S pomočjo predhodno pripravljene ankete in njenih rezultatov smo dobili vpogled v dejansko stanje in trenutno problematiko. Na osnovi rezultatov smo oblikovali priporočila, ki bodo pripomogla pri preprečevanju in obvladovanju stresa na delovnem mestu z namenom ohranjanja kakovosti življenja.
Metode dela:
Naloga je bila sestavljena iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. Znotraj teoretičnega dela smo pregledali strokovno in znanstveno literaturo. Literatura je zajemala literaturo zadnjih deset, v domačem in tujem jeziku (angleščina). Teoretičnemu delu je sledil empiričen del. Empiričen del smo izvedli s pomočjo vprašalnika: Anketiranje se je izvajalo s pomočjo spletne ankete (1KA). V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 96 anketirancev.
Rezultati:
Večina anketirancev je potrdila (50 %), da je stres na njihovem delu prisoten. Anketiranci so tudi na vprašanje glede zahtevnosti dela po večini odgovorili, da je njihovo delo zahtevno. Od zaposlenih v veliki meri se zahteva, da so dosegljivi tudi izven delovnega časa. Tudi odgovor včasih je pritrdilen. Več kot 57 % anketirancev je bilo tistih, ki so mnenja, da delo vpliva na zasebno življenje. Anketiranci so po večini navedli, da imajo dobre odnose z družinskimi člani, tako s partnerji, kot tudi z otroki.
Razprava in zaključek: Z rezultati ankete in pregledom literature smo prispevali k boljšemu razumevanju dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na kakovosti družinskega življenja s poudarkom na zmanjševanju stresa na delovnem mestu. Rezultati ankete so podali tudi sliko o trenutnem stanju obravnavane problematike, obenem pa bodo pripomogli pri nadaljnjih raziskavah.

Coping with stress at work and its impact on the quality of family life |

Introduction: Unfortunately, in the modern world, stress is a part of everyday life, and in particular, it is often the result of unorganized and difficult working conditions. In such a case, employees who have families and many obligations outside of working hours face many challenges. The most common workplace stressors include work overload, unpredictable schedules, poor interpersonal relationships, etc. Above all, it is crucial that the consequences of stress at an individual's workplace affect efficiency at work, but also family life.
Purpose: The purpose of the research was to make an overview of the factors that cause stress in the workplace and to define how these affect the quality of family life. With the help of a previously prepared survey and its results, we got an insight into the actual situation and the current issue. Based on the results, we prepared recommendations that will help prevent and manage stress at work in order to maintain quality of life.
Methods: The research contained theoretical and empirical work. Within the theoretical part, we reviewed professional and scientific literature. The literature included the literature of the last ten years, in the native language and in a foreign language (English). The theoretical part was followed by the empirical part. We carried out the empirical part with the help of a questionnaire: The survey was carried out with the help of an online survey (1KA). 96 respondents were included in the survey.
Results: Most respondents confirmed (50%) that stress is present at their work. When asked about the difficulty of their work, the majority of respondents answered that their work was difficult. It largely requires employees to be available outside of working hours. Sometimes the answer is yes. More than 57% of the respondents were of the opinion that work affects their private life. The majority of the respondents stated that they have good relationships with family members, both partners and children.
Discussion: The results of the survey and the literature review contributed to a better understanding of the factors that affect the quality of family life with an importance on reducing stress at the workplace. The results of the survey also provided a representation of the current state of the problem under consideration, and at the same time will help upgrade further research. |
