Povzetek
Pacienti lahko z oceno zadovoljstva z delom zdravnika družinske medicine prispevajo k višji kakovosti v zdravstvu.
Namen magistrskega dela je bil ugotoviti razlike v zadovoljstvu pacientov z zdravnikom, zaposlenim v javnem zdravstvu, in s koncesionarjem.
V presečni študiji smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik EUROPEP s 25 vprašanji. Priložnostni vzorec je zajemal 80 pacientov, ki so obiskali splošnega zdravnika v mesecu marcu 2016.
Analiza je pokazala razlike v zadovoljstvu pacientov v prid koncesionarju. Skupna povprečna ocena po EUROPEP točkovniku je pri obiskih v javnem zavodu znašala 75 točk, pri zdravniku koncesionarju pa je bila povprečna ocena 89 točk (p<0,001). Skupna ocena EUROPEP vprašalnika je zavzela 81,9 točk. Najvišje povprečne vrednosti po Likertovi lestvici (4,74) zasledimo pri vprašanju o zaupnem ravnanju z zdravstvenim kartonom, in sicer v skupini pacientov, ki so obiskali koncesionarja. Najvišjo razliko smo ugotovili pri vprašanju o telefonski zvezi z ambulanto, ki je pri koncesionarju znašala 4,45, pri zdravniku v javnem zavodu pa 3,45 (razlika za eno točko, p<0,001). Mediana ocene po Likertovi lestvici je pri koncesionarju znašala odlično 5, pri zdravniku v javnem zavodu pa prav dobro 4 (p<0,001).
Na splošno so pacienti, ki so obiskali obe skupini zdravnikov, podali zelo visoke ocene in sklepamo lahko, da so zadovoljni z delom tako osebnega zdravnika koncesionarja kot zdravnika v javnem sektorju.

Patients may contribute to increased quality in healthcare by evaluating their satisfaction with the work performed by a family physician.
The purpose of the Master’s thesis is to identify the differences between the patients’ satisfaction with a physician employed in the public healthcare sector and their satisfaction with a concessionaire.
The cross-sectional study included the EUROPEP questionnaire with 25 questions. The ad hoc sample included 80 patients who visited a general physician in March 2016.
The analysis showed differences in the patients’ satisfaction in favour of a concessionaire. The total average score under the EUROPEP scoreboard amounted to 75 points for visits to a public institution, while the average score for a concessionaire physician amounted to 89 points (p<0.001). The total EUROPEP score was 81.9 points. The highest mean value under the Likert scale (4.74) is detected under the question relating to the confidential handling of medical records in the group of patients who visited a concessionaire. The largest difference was discovered under the question relating to a telephone connection with an infirmary, which stood at 4.45 for a concessionaire and at 3.45 for a state-employed physician (difference by 1 point, p<0.001). The median of the rating under the Likert scale amounted to 5 (excellent) for a concessionaire and 4 (very good) for a state-employed physician (p<0.001).
In general, patients who visited both groups of doctors gave very high grades, leading us to conclude that they were pleased with the work of both a personal physician concessionaire as well as a physician employed in the public sector. |
