Abstract

Diplomsko delo z naslovom Oris zgodovine Pišec do konca 18. stoletja predstavlja pregled srednjeveške in zgodnje novoveške zgodovine kraja. Zgodovina župnije sv. Mihaela in zgodovina gospostva Pišece sta obravnavani v posebnih poglavjih in predstavljata jedro diplomskega dela. V 13. in 14. stoletju so bili njegovi oskrbniki vitezi Pišeški.

Secondary title: HISTORICAL OUTLINE OF PIŠECE UNTIL THE END OF 18TH CENTURY
Secondary abstract: Diploma thesis Historical Outline of Pišece until the End of 18th Century presents an overview of medieval and postmedieval history of the village. The history of St. Michael's Parish and the history of Pišece's lordship are described in a separate chapters and represents the core of the thesis. In the Middle Ages, Pišece Castle became an important pillar of defense and administration of Salzburg estate, as well as the border line between the Roman-German Empire and Croatia. In the 13th and 14th century its caretakers were The Knights of Pišece. The Moscon family, which owned the estate of Pišece since the end of 16th century until the mid-20th century, turned the fortress castle into a rural mansion. Due to proximity of the castle, Pišece, where the early branch of Videm Parish was formed and from which Pišece parted as an independent parish, had an important role in the ecclesiastical field as well. In the end of thesis, the exact transcript of five modern reproductions of documents from the parish chronicles between the years 1675 and 1796 is given; deed of donation of mills, a document on the renewal of parish, a letter about a peasant rebellion, judgment and intention of burying the killed baron and his wife.
