Odnosi med trgom Ljutomer in njegovim lastnikom ob koncu 17. stoletja

Povzetek

Na ljutomerskem območju so do konca srednjega veka nastale tri gospoščine: gospostvo Ljutomer s sedežem na Dolnjem gradu (Oberluttenberg), gospostvo Branek s sedežem na Gornjem gradu in gospoščina dvorec Cven. Prvi dve sta se ob koncu 17. oziroma v začetku 18. stoletja združili v eno s sedežem na gradu Branek. Prav v tem času je nastal vir, ki je služil kot osnova diplomskega dela: Zapisnik gospoščine Branek za trg Ljutomer. Celoten zapisnik obsega leta od 1694 do 1759. Je izjemen vir za analizo odnosov med tedanjim lastnikom trga in trgom samim. Lastnik trga je bila gospoščina Branek oziroma njen zemljiški gospod, ki je s svojo močjo in oblastjo krojil delovanje le-tega kakor tudi življenje tržanov in preostalih podložnikov. V diplomskem delu je transliteriran in analiziran začetni del zapisnika za konec 17. stoletja, natančneje za leto 1694 in prvo polovico leta 1695. Zajema potrjevanja mandata trškega sveta in sodnika, sestavo novega sveta in raznolike prošnje le-tega, namenjene trškemu gospodarju. V zapisniku prav tako zasledimo potrjevanje cerkvenega prošta in drugih trških uradnikov, tožbe trga in podložnikov, naslovljene na gospoščino, obravnave prošenj za podelitev statusa tržana in še nekatere zadeve, o katerih je gospoščina vodila omenjeni zapisnik.

Sekundarni povzetek:	By the end of the middle ages there were three main dominions in the Ljutomer region: the Ljutomer dominion from the Lower Castle (Dolnji grad, Oberluttenberg), the Branek dominion from the Upper Castle (Gornji grad, The Branek Castle) and the Cven dominion. The first two were joined at the end of the 17th century at the Branek Castle. At approximately the same period the main source of my thesis was written: The Records of the Branek dominion. It covers the period between 1694 and 1759 and enables us to analyse the relationship between the owner of the market town and the market town itself. The landlord had the power to rule the lives of the town's inhabitants and the other subjects. In my thesis I analysed the first parts of the records (the year 1694 and the first half of 1695). It deals with the mandate of the market town's council and the judge, the formation of the new council and their requests. In the records we can find confirmations of various political and ecclesiastic positions, different appeals, complaints, etc.
