Abstract

Namen diplomskega seminarja je bil predstaviti duhovno inteligenco, duhovni kapital in duhovno inteligentnega managerja ter njegov vpliv na zaposlene. Skozi diplomski seminar smo poskušali pojasniti pojem duhovnost in opisati tri verstva: budizem, hinduizem in kabalo. Na kratko smo predstavili upravljanje človeških virov, ki je pomembno za vodenje organizacije. Srečni in zadovoljni zaposleni so ključ do uspeha. Duhovna inteligenca pridobiva v osebnem in poslovnem življenju vedno večji pomen. Z njeno pomočjo gradimo na osebni rasti, pomembne nam postanejo višje vrednote in zavedati se začnemo namena in smisla življenja. Duhovni kapital je nujno potreben za razvoj dolgotrajne organizacije in človeške družbe. Z duhovno inteligenco prepoznamo namen in smisel življenja, vrednote in z njo ustvarjamo duhovni kapital. Duhovno inteligenten manager je manager sodobnega časa. Zaradi razvite duhovne inteligence mu problemi in krize predstavljajo izziv, čas in doseganje roka določenega projekta sta zasnovana z zavestno zasnovo vizije. S svojimi dejanji in vedenjem duhovno inteligenten manager motivira svoje zaposlene in jih nagrajuje z nedenarnimi nagradami, ki so za zaposlene z višjo duhovno inteligenco ključnega pomena.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of our thesis was to present the spiritual intelligence, spiritual capital and spiritual intelligent manager with his impact of employees. Through the diplom seminar we tried to clarify the concept of spirituality and describe the three religions, Buddhism, Hindism and Kabala. Human resources management is important for organization. Happy and satisfied employees are the key to success. Spiritual intelligence is acquire in a personal and business life of growing importance. With the help of spiritual intelligence we build on personal growth, asignificant higher values and become awere of the start of the purpose and meaning in our life. Spiritual capital is essential for the development of long-term organization and human society. With spiritual intelligence we recognize the purpose and meaning of life, values and with it, we create spiritual capital. Spiritual intelligent manager is manager of modern times. With his devoleped spiritual inteligence are problems and crises a challenge. Timeperiod to the specific project are designed with the conscious vision. By their actions and behavior spirituall intelligent manager motivates hes employess and rewards them with non-monetary reward for employees with higher spirituall intelligence essential.
