Abstract
Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih je predpogoj za uspeh in učinkovitost. Zaposleni niso samodejno zadovoljni zgolj zaradi tega, ker delajo v neki uspešni organizaciji. Upravljanje zadovoljstva zaposlenih je koncept, ki ga je nujno potrebno izvajati in mora biti vanj vključen vsak zaposleni, vsak član tima in delojemalec. Samo zadovoljen posameznik bo lahko prispeval k rasti, razvoju, napredku. Le zadovoljen posameznik bo lahko uspešen in učinkovit.
Pomembno je, da organizacija upravlja zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, saj s tem posredno upravlja tudi pripadnost zaposlenih, katerega namen je razvoj, vzpostavitev in trajno ohranjanje dejavnikov, ki omogočajo in povečujejo stopnjo zadovoljstva zaposlenih in bodo posledično lahko omogočali in povečevali tudi stopnjo pripadnosti zaposlenih. Končni cilj upravljanja pripadnosti zaposlenih je, da bodo pri delu na osnovi zadovoljstva tudi pripadni in lojalni.

Secondary abstract: |
Satisfaction of employees is a prerequisite for success and efficiency; but employee satisfaction should not be taken for granted by the mere fact that they are employed in a successful company. We believe that the management of employee satisfaction is a concept which needs to be implemented in such a way that every employee, every team member is involved. Only satisfied individuals can contribute to growth, development and progress, and only satisfied individuals can be successful and efficient.
It is important for an organization to manage employee satisfaction, because through that the commitment of employees is managed as well; and the purpose of that is development, establishment and permanent preservation of factors that enable and increase the level of employee satisfaction, and shall, as a result, enable and increase the level of employee commitment, as well. Therefore, the ultimate aim of the management of employee commitment is to have employees who will, based on their satisfaction, manifest commitment and loyalty at work.
