Abstract

Diplomska naloga obsega pregled vitaminov — čistih substanc, ki se uporabljajo v farmacevtski proizvodnji. Zbrali smo varnostne liste, certifikate in analizne izvide za vitamine, ki jih uporabljamo pri proizvodnji vitaminskih izdelkov v Krkinem obratu Ljutomer. Rezultate za vsebnost vitaminov in roke uporabnosti smo primerjali iz certifikatov in iz Krkinih analiznih izvidov. Primerjali smo predpise za skladiščenje vitaminov po varnostnih listih, etiketah in drugi literaturi in ugotavljali dejansko upoštevanje predpisanih priporočil in navodil za skladiščenje. Iz različnih virov literature in iz specifikacij o vitaminih, smo v nalogi navedli vplive na stabilnost vitaminov. Za vitamin A, retinol palmitat smo naredili preskuse in ugotovili, kako vpliva segrevanje, svetloba, vlaga in hranjenje vitamina v neoriginalni embalaži na stabilnost vitamina. Potrdili smo, da sta hranjenje in skladiščenje pomembna dejavnika za stabilnost vitaminov.

Secondary title: Vitamine storage, stability and detetmination of renitol palmitate content
Secondary abstract: SUMMARY Diploma includes vitamins overview – pure substances which are used in pharmaceutical industry in production. We have collected Safety Data Sheets, Certificats and Analytic reports for vitamins, which we are used in the manufacture of vitamin products in Krka, Ljutomer plant. Vitamins contens results and expiration dates were comapared to certificates and Krka anlityc sheets. We have compared vitamins storage regulations according to Safety Data Sheets, labels and other literature sources and we were determining actual consideration of prescribed references and storage instruction usage. From various sources of literature and specification data we listed impacts on stability of vitamins. For vitamin A, retinol palmitate we have made tests and determine how heating, light, moisture and storage of the vitamin in non original packaging effects on vitamins stability. We have confirmed that storage and vitamins packaging are important factors in stabilty of vitamins.
