Abstract

Danes je na trgu močna konkurenca in potrebno se je prilagoditi potrebam in povpraševanju trga. Le zaradi tega je treba dodobra raziskati trg in temu primerno opredeliti, izbrati in uvesti potrebne kadre. Prav tako pa je izredno pomembno, da obstoječe kadre kontinuirano izobražujemo in nadgrajujemo njihovo znanje, kar je bistvenega pomena za obstoj in uspešno delovanje na trgu. V diplomski nalogi sta teoretično in raziskovalno predstavljena planiranje in razvoj kadrov športno-turistične agencije 3glav adventures. V prvem delu je predstavljena kadrovska funkcija, planiranje in razvoj kadrov, izobraževanja in motiviranje. Raziskovalni del diplomske naloge obsega opis ciljev naloge oziroma odraža raziskavo trga in s tem tržno nišo ter priložnost za razvoj kadra v podjetju. Cilji diplomske naloge so, s pomočjo raziskave trga razviti nove kadre, ki bi podjetju pripomogle k boljšemu poslovanju, posledično povečanemu dohodku in prepoznavnosti na trgu ter ne nazadnje odpiranju novih delovnih mest.

Secondary abstract: Competition on today’s market is tough. This is why we need to be flexible in adapt to the needs and demands of market. To compete with the opponents, we need to do a full research of the market and define, choose and incorporate the appropriate human resources. Apart from that, the continuous education and improvement of the current human resources’ knowledge is vital for a successful business operation. The thesis consists of the theoretical and practical part of planning and developing human resources at the sports-tourist agency 3glav adventures. In the first part, the function, planning, development, education and motivation of human resources is presented. The practical part represents market research, descriptions of the goals of the thesis and the opportunity for the agency to develop new human resources. The goal of the thesis is to develop new human resources with the help of market research, which would contribute to better economic operation, higher incomes and a better overall recognition on the market. Last but not least, the goal is also to offer new job opportunities.
