diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Povzetek
V diplomski nalogi sta teoretično in empirično predstavljena planiranje in razvoj kadrov v podjetju Premogovnik Velenje, d. d., osnovna dejavnost katerega je proizvodnja premoga, druga pomembna naloga je prodaja znanj in storitev na trgih, ki niso povezana s premogovništvom, ter s tem večanje skupnega prihodka.
Namen in cilj diplomskega dela je predstaviti in analizirati obstoječe stanje planiranja in razvoja kadrov v podjetju ter poiskati morebitne izboljšave. V teoretičnem delu naloge je predstavljena teorija kadrovske politike, kadrovske funkcije ter planiranje in razvoj kadrov. Raziskovalni del diplomske naloge pa obsega analizo anketnega vprašalnika, predstavitev rezultatov ankete in predloge za izboljšave.
Raziskovalni del obsega raziskavo ankete splošnega in mnenjskega dela. Splošni del anketnega vprašalnika zajema osnovne podatke zaposlenega, kot so spol, starost, izobrazba in delovna doba. Medtem ko mnenjski del anketnega vprašalnika zajema sklope trditev, ki se nanašajo na določeno področje raziskave. Področja raziskave so samostojnost in odgovornost pri delu, izobraževanje in usposabljanje, vodenje in organizacija dela, odnosi pri delu in delo v skupinah, komunikacija in informiranje, ter napredovanje in plače.
Ugotovili smo, da podjetje ne pozna dovolj svojih zaposlenih, predvsem njihovih osebnih sposobnosti in ciljev, ki bi jih lahko vključilo in povezalo s svojimi poslovnimi cilji. Vsako podjetje se mora zavedati, kako zelo pomembno je planirati kadre in skrbeti za njihov razvoj. Z zbranimi podatki lahko podjetje ugotovi svoje potrebe po kadrih in izvede potrebna izobraževanja.

The diploma work is presented theoretically and empirically planning and human resources development within the company Premogovnik Velenje d.d., whose primary activity is the production of coal, another important task is to sell skills and services in markets outside the coal, thereby increasing total revenue.
The purpose and objective of her thesis is to present and analyze the current state of planning and development staff in the company, and to seek possible improvements. In the theoretical part of the task has been processed theory of personnel policy, personnel and planning functions and staff development. The research is part of the graduation thesis will concentrate on analyzing questionnaires, presentation of survey results and suggestions for improvements.
The research component involves a survey of general surveys and opinion work. The general part of survey questionnaire includes basic employee information such as gender, age, education and seniority. While summaries of questionnaires cover sets of arguments, based on a particular subject area research. Fields of research autonomy and responsibility in work, education and training, management and organization of work, relationships at work and group work, communication and information, and promotion and salary.
We found that the company is not aware enough of their employees, in particular, their personal abilities and goals, which could be included and linked with their business objectives. Every company needs to recognize how very important it be planned and staff to care for their development. The data collected can determine your company needs for human resources and make the necessary education. |
