Abstract

Dandanes se hitro spreminjajo tehnološki postopki, organizacija in metode dela. Vse te nagle spremembe pa terjajo od vsakega posameznika in organizacije, da se prilagajajo novim razmeram. Na trgu vse bolj v ospredje prihaja povečana vloga in pomembnost ljudi, ki s svojimi zmožnostmi in sposobnostmi, znanjem in ustvarjalnostjo prispevajo k uspehu organizacije. Človek postaja eden izmed glavnih virov konkurenčne prednosti podjetja. Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti pomembnost razvoja kadrov v podjetju Arex, d.o.o.. Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na dva dela. V prvem, teoretičnem delu, je največji poudarek na razjasnitvi pojmov, kot so kadrovska dejavnost, elementi razvoja kadrov ter sam razvoj kadrov, medtem ko je drugi, empiričen del, namenjen predvsem analizi obstoječega stanja razvoja kadrov v podjetju Arex, d.o.o. Praktičen (empiričen) del diplomske naloge obsega raziskavo ankete splošnega in mnenjskega dela. Splošni del anketnega vprašalnika vključuje osnovne podatke o zaposlenem, kot so spol, starost, izobrazba ter delovna doba, medtem ko mnenjski del vključuje trditve, ki se navezujejo na različna raziskovalna področja. Raziskovalna področja pa so naslednja: kadrovska dejavnost, razvoj zaposlenih, izobraževanje in usposabljanje, delovna klima v podjetju ter nagrajevanje in napredovanje zaposlenih. Zadnje poglavje pa nam prikazuje seznam ugotovitev in predlogov za preučevano podjetje, ki so bili pridobljeni na podlagi analize anketnih rezultatov in bi jih bilo smiselno integrirati v nadaljnje poslovanje podjetja.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays technological processes, organization and working methods are being changed very rapidly. All these sudden changes demand adapting to new conditions from each individual and the whole company. Those who can contribute to success of the organization with their abilities, skills, knowledge, and creativity have become more influential and important on the market. An individual has become one of the main sources of better competitive position of a company. The main purpose of my dissertation is to present the importance of human resources development in Arex, d.o.o. The dissertation is divided into two parts. In the first theoretical part the emphasis is on defining ideas, e.g. the activity, elements of human resources development, and the human resources development of workers itself; the stress in the second empirical part is on analysis of existent state of human resources development in Arex, d.o.o. The practical (empiric) part of my work includes the research of a questionnaire which has a general and opinion part. Basic data about employees, e.g. sex, age, education, and work period are included in the general part; the opinion part includes statements, connected to different research fields, such as employment activity, human resources development, education and qualification, working atmosphere in the company, and rewarding and promoting the employees. The last part shows the list of ascertainment and suggestions for researching the company. They are acquired on the basis of the questionnaire analysis and should be integrated in the further operations of the company.
