diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management poslovnih in delovnih sistemov
Povzetek
Uspešno podjetje mora imeti definirane in jasno postavljene cilje, saj le na podlagi teh posamezniki vedo, kaj se od njih pričakuje. Za uresničevanje ciljev in vizije podjetja pa je zelo pomembno, da podjetje skrbi za razvoj zaposlenih.
Diplomsko delo smo razdelili na teoretični in na empirični del.
V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili pojem razvoj kadrov in opisali elemente razvoja kadrov. Opisali smo kadrovske procese, kot so planiranje kadrov, pridobivanje in selekcija kadrov, izobraževanje in usposabljanje, napredovanje, motiviranje ljudi pri delu ter medsebojni odnosi, ki vplivajo na razvoj kadrov in so z njimi tesno povezani.
V raziskovalnem delu smo predstavili podjetje REM, d. o. o. in izvedli raziskavo glede obstoječega sistema razvoja kadrov. V diplomskem delu smo ugotovili, da v podjetju nimajo zastavljenega sistema napredovanja in ne spremljajo osebnega, strokovnega in delovnega razvoja zaposlenih. Med nadrejenimi in podrejenimi je vzpostavljena slaba komunikacija, kar se kaže v tem, da nadrejeni svojim podrejenim ne posredujejo jasnih navodil za delo
V podjetju bi morali definirati in izboljšati sistem razvoja kadrov, v katerega bi vključili spremljanje razvoja delavcev in določili jasen sistem napredovanja.

A successful company must have its goals defined and clearly set. This way individual workers know, what is expected of them. In order to achieve the set goals and vision it is very important the company takes care of the development of its employees.
This thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part.
The theoretical part defines the concept of human resource development and described element of human resource development. We wrote up personnel processes such as planning of personnel, production and selection of personnel, education and training, promotion, motivation of people at work and interpersonal relations influence development of personnel and they are connected with them closely.
In the empirical part Slovene limited company REM d.o.o. was presented and a survey on its existing personnel development system was conducted. It was found that the company had no set system of promotion, and that no personal, professional, and working development of employees was being monitored. Poor communication was created between the superiors and the subordinates. This judgement is based on the observation that the superiors' directions to the subordinates were not clear.
The company should define and improve the human resources development, which would include monitoring the workers' development, and setting a clear system of promotion. |
