Abstract

Izhodiščni cilj diplomske naloge je raziskava in analiza trga uporabnikov kozmetičnih storitev. V uvodnem delu so podani opredelitev problema, metodologija ter hipoteze, kar je bilo v pomoč pri izvedbi tržne raziskave. V teoretičnem delu sta predstavljena kozmetična dejavnost skozi marketinški splet 7 x P ter ciljno trženje. Del naloge smo namenili tudi strategiji trženja kozmetičnih storitev ter kakovosti in ugotavljanju zadovoljstva uporabnikov kozmetičnih storitev. Prepoznavnost trga kozmetičnih storitev smo prikazali na konkretnem primeru podjetja. V sklopu marketinškega informacijskega sistema (MIS) je prikazana tržna raziskava z analizo, sledijo odgovori na hipoteze ter zaključek in priporočila.

Secondary abstract: The goal of this diploma is the research and analysis of the market of cosmetic services users. The introduction contains definition of the problem, methodology and hypotheses, which provided the necessary help with the execution of the market research. The theoretical part contains a presentation of cosmetology through the extended marketing mix 7P's and target marketing. A part of this paper was also devoted to the strategy of marketing cosmetic services and quality, as well as research of cosmetic services user's satisfaction. The recognition of cosmetics services market has been demonstrated on a concrete example of a company. A market research and analysis is presented in connection to marketing information system (MIS), followed by answers to hypotheses, conclusion and recommendations.
