Abstract

Secondary title: Psychological motivation factors for entrepreneurship
Secondary abstract: In the graduate seminar we were determining, with review of the relevant literature and own survey, what leads individuals that they set out on enterprise way and psychological impact of motivational factors for entrepreneurship. We found, that majority of contemporary authors is explaining enterprise motivation with the help of different versions on the theory of expectation, where motivations are being based on processions and interactivity, at this they combine businessman’s personal characteristics with environment. We determined the personality of a businessman, motives for enterprise, influence of ability, knowledge and personality characteristics and came to the conclusion, that contemporary authors defend combined approach for explanation. Also in this case the agreement is occurring that it is not possible to determine and separate one businessmen from another based only on personality features or factors of environment. In fact we must combine the approaches and consider also the personality features, wishes and motives of a businessman as also factors of environment, in which the businessman is being. We managed to gather a sample of 39 businessmen in research. We are aware that such a small sample can not offer results, that could be generalised, but it allows certain conclusions and genuine insight into the condition of the investigated field.
