Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je preučiti vpliv najpomembnejših parametrov na proces sušenja mleka. Parametri, ki sem jih spreminjal, pa so: Vstopna temperatura zraka v sušilnik, vstopna temperatura koncentrata, vlažnost snovi, prostorninski pretok snovi in pa temperatura okoliškega zraka. S spreminjanjem teh parametrov sem dobil rezultate, na podlagi katerih sem videli katere spremembe vplivajo pozitivno in katere negativno na sam proces in zaradi katerih sprememb se bo poraba toplote zmanjšala oziroma povečala. Analizo spreminjanja vstopnih parametrov sem naredil s pomočjo računskega modela na osnovi inženirskih empiričnih enačb, ki so rešene s programom excel.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of diploma work is to identify influence of most important parameters on drying process of milk. Parameters, which were examined, are: Temperature of drying air, temperature of concentrate, substance humidity, substance volume flow and outside temperature of air. With variation of these parameters, I got results, which showed me positive and negative influences on drying process and on heat consumption. Parametric analysis was made with model of empirical engineering equations, solved with program excel.
