Abstract

Upravljanje odnosov s strankami je ključnega pomena za podjetja, da lahko konkurirajo na trgu. Še posebej so odnosi s strankami pomembni za banke, ki so odvisne od svojih komitentov in njihovih želja. V čim večji meri bodo zadovoljile želje in potrebe svojih strank, več strank bodo obdržale in hkrati pridobile z vsako uspešno ponudbo nove stranke.
