Abstract

V diplomskem seminarju smo želeli opisati in razložiti definicijo CRM-ja. Osredotočili smo se na tehnološki vidik, natančneje, na programsko rešitev CRM. Opredelili smo potrebo po informacijski podpori strategije in procesov, naravnanih na stranke in se dotaknili natančne uvedbe rešitev. Glede na opredeljene faze uvedbe, smo navedli potrebne naloge, ki jih morajo podjetja izvesti v okviru uvedbe, da bi le ta bila kar se da učinkovita. Da pa bi še dodatno nakazali na »pasti« pri uvajanju rešitev, smo navedli kritične dejavnike uvajanja, ki kažejo na največje napake pri preteklih uvedbah.

Secondary abstract: Through the thesis we want to describe and explain definition of CRM concept. We have focused on the technological aspect, specifically on the software solution CRM. We have identified the need of information technology (IT) to support strategies and processes focused on customers and then clearly defined the implementation of software solutions in company. According to defined phases of implementation we have listed the tasks which must be performed through implementation to reach full potential of software solution. We also stated the critical success factors which show us the potential pitfalls through the implementation process.
