Abstract

Skozi diplomski seminar smo spoznali programe zvestobe odjemalcev, kateri nam pomagajo obdržati naše sedanje kupce tudi v prihodnosti. Programe zvestobe priporočamo vsem podjetjem ne glede na stroko, v kateri delujejo. Zadovoljen kupec se bo še vedno vračal nazaj k nam ter ostal zvest, dokler bomo zadovoljevali njegova pričakovanje glede naših izdelkov oz. storitev, njegova zvestoba pa nam bo prinašala dobiček. Primer programa zvestobe smo predstavili na podjetju Tuš Holding d.o.o., katero se uvršča v sam vrh pri uspešnosti uporabe programov zvestobe, saj njihovo kartico zvestobe (Tuš Klub) uporablja več kot 540.000 njihovih odjemalcev.

Secondary abstract: Through the graduate seminar, we know customer loyalty programs, which help us to keep our current customers in the future. Loyalty programs are recommended for all enterprises, whatever profession they operate. A satisfied customers will still be returned back to us and remain loyal as long as we satisfy their expectations regarding our products or services, his loyalty will be profitable to us. An example of the loyalty program, we presented the Tuš Holding Company Ltd., which ranks at the top in the success of loyalty programs because of their loyalty card (Tuš Club), which one had more than 540,000 of their customers.
