Vrednostna analiza toplotnoizolacijskih materialov

Abstract

Za toplotno zaščito ovoja zgradbe se uporabljajo številni materiali, ki imajo različne lastnosti. Za namen izbire med določenimi variantami, je mogoče uporabiti metodo vrednostna analiza. V prvem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljena vrednostna analiza kot metoda za ocenjevanje ekonomičnosti gradbenih izdelkov in je v nadaljevanju prikazana njena izvedba na primeru izbire toplotnoizolacijskega materiala za toplotno zaščito poševne strehe med špirovci. V drugem delu diplomskega dela je opredeljen marketinški splet in njegove posamezne aktivnosti ter analiziran marketinški splet štirih proizvajalcev in enega distributerja toplotnoizolacijskih materialov, ki delujejo na našem trgu.

Secondary abstract:	For the thermal protection of the building we can use a number of materials which have different properties. For the purpose of choosing between certain variants, we can use a method of value analysis. The first part of the graduate work presentes a value analysis method for assessing the economical component of products further on it shows a practical case of implementation of thermal insulation material on slantin roof between the rafters. The second part of the graduate work defines a marketing mix and its specific activity and analyzes marketing mix of four producers and one thermal insulation materials distributor on our market.
