Abstract

Cilj diplomskega dela je ugotoviti pomen zunanje komunikacije in prepoznati načine, s katerimi nevladna organizacija Kulturno društvo Mladinski center IndiJanez komunicira z različnimi javnostmi. V študiji primera, ki je vključevala pregled različnih medijev in delo predstavnika za odnose z javnostmi pri nevladni organiziciji, smo raziskovali vlogo odnosov z javnostmi pri ustvarjanju uspešne zunanje komunikacije. Preverjali smo etičnost dela predstavnika za odnose z javnostmi, ki skrbi za akreditacije, ki so namenjene novinarjem. Primerjali smo plačljive in brezplačne oblike obveščanja javnosti in na podlagi raziskovanja postavili končne sklepe. Posvetili pa smo se tudi nekaterim nedovoljenim oblikam obveščanja javnosti, ki se jih poslužuje Kulturno društvo Mladinski center IndiJanez.

Secondary abstract: The aim of thesis is to determine the importance of external communication and to identify ways in which the non-government organization Kulturno društvo Mladinski center IndiJanez communicates with different publics. In the case study, which included an overview of different media and the work of the PR assistant, we investigated the role of public relations in creating successful external communication. We overviewed the work of the PR assistant who is in charge of accreditation, which are intended to journalists. We compared the pay and free forms of publicity, the final conclusions were built on the basis of our research. We overviewed some illicit forms of publicity, which are used by the non-government organization Kulturno društvo Mladinski center IndiJanez.
