Abstract

Diplomsko delo prikazuje potek razvoja diskaste kosilnice za košnjo po strmih pobočjih. Košnja po strmih pobočjih zahteva od stroja maksimalno sposobnost prilagajanja razgibanemu terenu s pomočjo razbremenjevanja. Masa stroja mora biti majhna, težišče pa čim bližje traktorju. V diplomskem delu je prikazana predelava obstoječe kosilnice v kosilnico za košnjo po strmih pobočjih. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene vrste kosilnic in strojni elementi, ki se uporabljajo pri izdelavi diskastih kosilnic. Predstavljen je postopek razvoja novega izdelka. V glavnem delu je zajeta študija konkurence in zahteve za razvoj nove kosilnice. Obdelano je modeliranje in konstruiranje novega kosilnega grebena s programom Solidworks. Preračun vzmeti razbremenjevanja kosilnice je izveden v programu Kisssoft. V zaključnem delu je predstavljen prototip kosilnice in postopek testiranja z analizo dobljenih rezultatov. Podane so rešitve za odpravo ugotovljenih pomanjkljivosti in smernice nadaljnega razvoja diskastih kosilnic.

Secondary abstract: Development of disc mower for mowing on steep slopes is presented in the diploma work. Mowing on steep slopes requires from the machine the capacity to adapt to uneven surfaces with the help of unburdening. The centre of gravity of the machine has to be close to the tractor and the weight of the machine has to be low. Modification of the existing mower to a steep slopes mower is presented in this work. In the theoretical part types of lawn mowers and machine elements used in production of disc mowers are presented. The process of the new product development is presented in that part. The main part of the thesis consists of the study of competion and requirements for a new lawn mower. The modeling and design of a new cutter bar are preformed using Solidworks software. The calculations for the relieving springs of the lawn mower are done by Kisssoft software. A prototype of the mower and field tests with analyzis of the obtained results are given in the final section of the work. Solutions to the problems detected during testing and guidelines for further development of disc mowers are given at the end of work.
