Sekundarni povzetek: | Development of disc mower for mowing on steep slopes is presented in the diploma work. Mowing on steep slopes requires from the machine the capacity to adapt to uneven surfaces with the help of unburdening. The centre of gravity of the machine has to be close to the tractor and the weight of the machine has to be low. Modification of the existing mower to a steep slopes mower is presented in this work. In the theoretical part types of lawn mowers and machine elements used in production of disc mowers are presented. The process of the new product development is presented in that part. The main part of the thesis consists of the study of competion and requirements for a new lawn mower. The modeling and design of a new cutter bar are preformed using Solidworks software. The calculations for the relieving springs of the lawn mower are done by Kisssoft software. A prototype of the mower and field tests with analyzis of the obtained results are given in the final section of the work. Solutions to the problems detected during testing and guidelines for further development of disc mowers are given at the end of work. |
