Abstract

Industrijsko razvita področja sveta se čedalje več poslužujejo montaže z roboti, saj le-ti v številnih vejah industrije predstavljajo občutno prednost pred ročno montažo. Razlog je predvsem v dobri prilagodljivosti robota za montažo velikega števila podobnih produktov. Namen diplomskega dela je bil proučiti omenjeno tematiko, kjer smo se posvetili predvsem montaži robotov v elektronski industriji. Opisali smo osnovne značilnosti robotov in spoznali probleme, ki predstavljajo glavno oviro pri montaži elektronike. Posvetili smo se tudi komponentam robotskih sistemov. Zadnji del raziskave smo usmerili predvsem v praktične primere montaže v elektronski industriji.

Secondary abstract:	Industrially developed regions of the world are increasingly making use of assembly by robots, because they represent a significant advantage over manual installation in many industries. The reason is in the good adaptability of the robot for mounting a large number of similar products. The aim of diploma was to study the aforementioned topic, where we focused mainly on assembly robots in the electronics industry. We described the basic characteristics of the robots and learn about problems that are the main obstacle in the installation of electronics. We also explored the components of robotic systems. The last part of our research primarily based on practical examples of assembly in the electronics industry.
