Abstract
Elektronsko poslovanje je iz dneva v dan bolj vpleteno v vsakdanje življenje posameznika tako doma kot v službi. Samo elektronsko poslovanje pa je odvisno od povezanosti oziroma same pokritosti internetnega omrežja, ki pa je prav tako iz dneva v dan prisoten skoraj v prav vsakem gospodinjstvu in podjetju.
V samem diplomskem delu hočem predvsem poudariti, kako je sama kakovost spletne trgovine odvisna od njegove uspešnosti. Ključni elementi, ki se morajo pojaviti v vsaki spletni trgovini, da bo ta uspešna, pa je odvisna od vsakega posameznega podjetja, kako bo upošteval določene prednosti in slabosti, ki pripomorejo k uspešnejšemu poslovanju trgovine. Prav podjetje SOM d.o.o. s spletno trgovino som.si, bi se moral držati načel, ki označuje dobro spletno trgovino. Pri tem gre predvsem poudariti na samo osveževanje ponudbe v sami spletni trgovini, sama predstavitev izdelkov , pri tem je zelo pomemben opis in slika samega izdelka, saj se izdelki prodajajo preko spletne trgovine, dobra navigacija, sama zaloga spletne trgovine. Vsi ti osnovni pogoji, ki so navedeni za dobro spletno trgovino je prav v sami spletni trgovini som.si posvečeno premalo pozornosti oziroma se zaposleni predvsem premalo posvečajo na to,da bi samimi obiskovalcem spletne trgovine nudili več informacij in jim s tem omogočili lažji nakup.

Electronic commerce is every day more involved in the daily lives of individuals both at home and at work. Just e-commerce depends on the relationship of actual coverage of the Internet network, but also from day to day also is present in almost every home and business.
Im my diploma work I want to especially emphasize the quality of the online store itself depends on its performance. Key elements that must appear in every online store that will be successful depends on each individual company, how to take account of certain strengths and weaknesses that contribute to successful trade business. It the company SOM LTD. som.si store, it should adhere to the principles which indicates a good online store. This is especially pointed to only refresh itself offers the online store, product presentation itself, here is a very important description and picture of the product itself, since the products are sold through the online store, good navigation, single stock online store. All of these basic conditions are given for good online shop is right in their own online store som.si lacks attention or the lack of staff dedicated primarily to the fact that the visitors themselves online store to provide more information and thereby facilitate the purchase. |
