Abstract

Vsi ljudje smo produkt prirojenih lastnosti in lastnosti, ki jih pridobivamo iz okolja. Te nas oblikujejo in izoblikujejo v osebnosti, kakršne smo. V enakih okoliščinah lahko reagiramo podobno ali povsem različno. To je pravzaprav tisto, kar nas dela prepoznavne in raznolike. V diplomskem seminarju smo proučevali osebnostne lastnosti in njihov vpliv na (uspešno) vodenje malega in srednje velikega podjetja. Glede na osebnostne lastnosti smo poskušali opredeliti tip osebnosti in poiskati povezavo s stili vodenja. Teoretična spoznanja s področja osebnosti in osebnostnih lastnosti smo nato preverjali na proučevanem podjetju in njegovem vodji ter ugotavljali, kolikšen vpliv imajo le-te na izbiro stila vodenja in uspešnost proučevanega podjetja

Secondary abstract: All human beings are a product of inborn traits and the traits that are shaped by the environment. The previously mentioned traits shape us and shape our personality. We can react in a similar or in a completely different way when faced with the same circumstances. This is what actually makes us distinctive and diverse. The diploma seminar has studied personal characteristics and their influence on the management of the small or the medium sized company. Given the personality traits we tied to identify the personality type and to find a connection between the personality type and leadership styles. Theoretical knowledge in the field of personality and personal characteristics has been examined in the company and its leaders. The diploma seminar also assessed what impact they have on the choice of the leadership style and the effectiveness of the companies we have tried to study.
