Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljena strega stroju s pomočjo robota. Robotska celica z robotom, napravami in različnimi zalogovniki materiala, v celoti nadomeščajo operaterjevo delo, kar je namen in ideja naloge. Delo zajema področje avtomatizacije in robotizacije. Prikazan je opis in delovanje vseh naprav, ter postopek izdelave sestave končnega izdelka v omejenem času cikla. Samo delovanje in izvedba naprav je prikazana po strojni, elektro, kot tudi programski plati. Interakcija človek - stroj poteka preko zaslona na dotik. Kot glavni elementi krmilja so bili uporabljeni Siemensov logični krmilnik, programsko orodje TIA portal in robot nemškega proizvajalca KUKA.

Secondary abstract: The master’s thesis presents the tending of the machine by using the robot. The robotic cell with the robot, devices and different material dispensers, completely replaces the operator's work, which is the purpose and idea of the thesis. It covers the fields of automation and robotics. Presented are the description and operation of all the devices and the manufacturing process of the composition of the final product in a limited time of the cycle. The operation and design of the devices themselves are shown by mechanical, electronical, and software sides. The human - machine interaction is done through the touch screen. As the main elements of the controller were used Siemens logical controller, programming tool TIA Portal and the robot of German manufacturer KUKA.
