Abstract
Rezultate ankete smo obdelali z računalniškimi programi Microsoft Office Word 2007 in Microsoft Office Excel 2007.
Rezultati: Na podlagi analize pridobljenih rezultatov smo ugotovili, da anketiranci ne živijo zdravo oziroma nimajo zdravega življenjskega sloga. Večina zaposlenih nima enako porazdeljenih obrokov čez dan, premalo jih zajtrkuje, zelenjavo in sadje zaužijejo le 3-krat do 4-krat tedensko.

Secondary abstract: |
Theoretical background: With the modern lifestyle in the 21st century, people are utterly exposed to various factors that have an effect on a healthy lifestyle. With a healthy diet, equally distributed meals throughout the day, regular physical activity (at least 30 minutes per day) and by giving up smoking, drinking and avoiding stress, the risk of non-contagious chronic diseases can be prevented. The research wants to find out what is the employees' attitude from the pharmaceutical company in Pomurje region towards a healthy lifestyle.
Research Methodology: The research is based on quantitative and descriptive methodology. The data was gathered via a survey which consists of 22 closed-type questions. The research was conducted in a pharmaceutical company in Pomurje region, where 50 employees took part in it. The survey results were processed by computer programs Microsoft Office Word 2007 and Microsoft Office Excel 2007.
Results: Based on the analysis of survey results the respondents do not live healthily or do not have a particularly healthy lifestyle. The majority does not spread their meals equally throughout the day, only a minority has breakfast and they consume fruits and vegetables only 3 to 4 times per week. Most of the respondents agree that their job is stressful and they often find themselves in a stressful situation in the workplace. Yet, the majority agrees that their company encourages a healthy lifestyle by carrying out various activities to promote the latter.
Conclusion:The survey results show that the employees do not have a healthy lifestyle. Every healthy individual who takes care of a healthy diet, is physically active, avoids smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages and avoids stress can prevent the risk of non-contagious chronic disease. Health-educational work of nurses and different labour organizations have an important role in promoting health, preventing diseases and restoring health. |
